Marylebone Road
Marylebone Road is an important thoroughfare in central London, within the City of Westminster. It runs east-west from the Euston Road at Regent's Park to the A40 Westway at Paddington. The road which runs in 3 lanes in both directions, is part of the London Inner Ring Road and as such forms part of the boundary of the zone within which the London congestion charge applies.
Paddington Basin
Paddington Basin is an area of Paddington, London named after the nearby canal basin. The junction of the Regent's Canal and the Grand Junction Canal is close to this point but the basin itself is the terminus of the Paddington Arm of the Grand Junction Canal. It was opened in 1801. Paddington was chosen because of its position on the New Road which led to the east, providing for onward transport. In its heyday, the basin was a major transshipment facility, and a hive of activity.
Bishop's Bridge
Bishop's Bridge, sometimes known as Paddington Bridge, is a road bridge in the Paddington district of London which carries Bishop's Bridge Road across the rail approaches to Paddington Station and across the adjacent Paddington Arm of the Grand Union Canal. A replacement of the original bridge, which was narrow, causing traffic congestion, and was not strong enough to carry buses, was built by HOCHTIEF and was re-opened to traffic at 4am on 14 June 2006.

Since the UK's first academic health science centre was created in 2008, it is operated by Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, which also operates Charing Cross Hospital, Hammersmith Hospital, Queen Charlotte's and Chelsea Hospital, Teddington Memorial Hospital, and Western Eye Hospital; and runs some services at St Charles Hospital in Ladbroke Grove.

The Paddington Waterside Partnership is the body coordinating regeneration of the Paddington Special Policy Area around Paddington Station in London. The project covers an area almost the size of Soho, creating of about 10,000,000 square feet of space between 1998 and 2018. It consists of 13 individual projects in the triangle of land between Praed Street, Westbourne Terrace and the A40 Westway, most notably PaddingtonCentral and Paddington Basin.
Hilton London Paddington
The Hilton London Paddington, formerly the Great Western Royal Hotel, is a hotel that forms part of the Paddington station complex in London, England. The hotel was built on Praed Street in 1851–54 to a design by architect Philip Charles Hardwick, and effectively forms the main facade of the station, closing off the end of the trainshed at the head of the terminal platforms. It was built by Cubitts, the building firm founded by Thomas Cubitt.

Swan Inn
The Swan Inn (formerly thought to have been called the Saracen's Head) ia s pub on the Bayswater Road, London, dating back several centuries. Today a popular tourist haunt at the edge of Hyde Park, run by Fuller's Brewery, it was in former times a resting point for stage coaches proceeding toward London. The highwayman Claude Duval is reputed to have stopped here for his last drink on the way to his hanging at Tyburn in 1670.
Great Western Railway War Memorial
The Great Western Railway War Memorial is a monument in London, United Kingdom, to the employees of the Great Western Railway who died during the First World War, and it is situated halfway along platform 1 at London Paddington station. The stonework was designed by the architect Thomas S. Tait and the bronze figure by the sculptor Charles Sargeant Jagger, and the memorial unveiled on Armistice Day in 1922 by Viscount Churchill.
St Mary's Hospital Medical School
St Mary's is the youngest of the constituent schools of Imperial College, London, founded in 1854 as part of the new hospital in Paddington. During its existence in the 1980s and 90s, it was the most popular medical school in the country, with an application to place ratio of 27:1 in 1996.
