Loggerheads, Denbighshire
Loggerheads is a village in Denbighshire, Wales on the River Alyn, a tributary of the River Dee. It has a country park which follows the course of the River Alyn through karstic limestone countryside including the sites of old lead mines and mills. there is a working flour mill on site. A leat or leete, built around 1824 follows the side of the valley nearby and was used to carry water to the lead mines of Mold Mines, on land owned by the Grosvenor family. It is now the popular Leete Walk.
Foel Fenlli
Foel Fenlli or Moel Fenlli is a hill in Denbighshire, North Wales. With a summit at an elevation of 511 metres, it is the second highest peak of the Clwydian Range. A popular ascent leads south from the car park at Bwlch Penbarras, which is also a popular starting point for ascending Moel Famau to the north. The Offa's Dyke Path runs around the western slopes.
Pantymwyn
Pantymwyn is a small village just outside Mold in North Wales in the county of Flintshire. The village is located within a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, lying on the east side of the Clwydian Range. Pantymwyn is 4 miles west of Mold in Flintshire, North Wales. It is 16 miles west of Chester (See map for detailed view). The village has a pub (the Crown Inn), a post office and convenience store, a garage and an 18-hole uplands golf course (the home of Mold Golf Club).

Pot Hole Quarry, also known as Three Springs Quarry, is a former limestone quarry close to Mold, North Wales. The quarry is popular with rock climbers due to its rural setting, ease of access and selection of routes on good quality limestone.
Maeshafn
Maeshafn is a very small village in Denbighshire, Wales. It is located near the border with Flintshire There are no shops in the village, but there is a pub called the Miners Arms. The A494 road is 1 mile (1.6 km) away. Maeshafn and the villages nearby are popular with tourists who enjoy walking in the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty; there are some walks nearby up Loggerheads and Moel Famau, both within a 2 mile (3.2 km) distance. The Offa's Dyke Path is also nearby.

Bryn Alyn is a hill and Site of Special Scientific Interest in Denbighshire, North Wales, and forms part of the Clwydian Range Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Bryn Alyn lies to the east of the River Alyn, with the valley of Dyffryn Alyn separating it from the main range of the Clwydian hills.
Bwlch Penbarras
Bwlch Pen Barras (also known as Bwlch Penbarras, or the Old Bwlch) is a mountain pass in the Clwydian Range Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, in north-east Wales. The pass is on an unclassified road between Tafarn-y-Gelyn and Llanbedr-Dyffryn-Clwyd. It crosses the Clwydian Range at an altitude of 360 metres (1181 feet) between the hills of Moel Famau (to the north) and Foel Fenlli (to the south). The Offa's Dyke Path also crosses Bwlch Penbarras, running north-south.
St Berres' Church, Llanferres
St Berres' Church, Llanferres, is in the village of Llanferres, Denbighshire, Wales on the A494 road between Mold and Ruthin. It is an Anglican church in the benefice of Gwernaffield and Llanferres, the deanery of Mold, the archdeaconry of Wrexham and the diocese of St Asaph. The church is a Grade II listed building.
