Clwyd is a preserved county of Wales, situated in the north-east, bordering England with Cheshire to its east, Shropshire to the south-east, and the Welsh counties of Gwynedd to its immediate west and Powys to the south. Coetmor is a house in Bryn Goodman, Ruthin, Denbighshire, Wales. It is a Grade II listed building dated 1886. It was built for Col. Cornwallis-West and was designed by the Chester architect John Douglas. The house was originally named Elm Villa and later Coetmor, the surname of subsequent owners. It is one of a pair of houses, the other being Dedwyddfa, both isolated houses with large gardens, but well placed for access to the railway.

Dedwyddfa is a house in Bryn Goodman, Ruthin, Denbighshire, Wales. It is a Grade II listed building dated 1886 built for the Cornwallis-West family of Ruthin Castle. Its design is attributed to the Chester architect John Douglas. It is one of a pair of houses, the other being Coetmor which was definitely designed by Douglas. Both houses had large gardens, and were well placed for access to the railway. It is described as "a fine example of the Domestic revival style" ...

The Old Rectory, Llanbedr

The Old Rectory, Llanbedr is located two miles north-east of the market town of Ruthin, Denbighshire, around 400m north of the quiet village of Llanbedr and is a late 17th century property, of a type rare in the county. It was listed as Grade II* on 19 July 1966 . The front has five bays and is a double pile of mellow red brick, with a hipped roof. It is set back down a quiet and private country lane. The village school is around 200m in the other direction.
