A24 road (Northern Ireland)
The A24 is a major road in Northern Ireland; running from Belfast, through Carryduff and Ballynahinch to Clough, near Newcastle where it meets the A2. The section of the A24 from Forestside Shopping Centre to Carryduff roundabout was named by European Road Assessment Programme as one of the six most dangerous sections of road in Northern Ireland in 2005. This part of the road is a four-lane undivided carriageway.

St George's Market
St George's Market is the last surviving Victorian covered market in Belfast, Northern Ireland. It is located on May Street, close to the River Lagan and the Waterfront Hall. Belfast Corporation commissioned the building of St George’s Market, which was built in three phases between 1890 and 1896. Before 1890 St George's Market was an open market and most likely contained a slaughterhouse and a meat market.
Kitchen Bar
The Kitchen Bar is a public house in Belfast, Northern Ireland. It dates back to 1859 but on 30 July 2004, the original building was demolished to make way for a new shopping centre development, Victoria Square The original building was a women's boardinghouse prior to its use as a pub. The former Empire Theatre previously stood next to the pub and actors from the theatre would drink there, often leaving behind publicity photographs, which were displayed on the walls.

Spirit of Belfast
The Spirit of Belfast is a public art sculpture by Dan George in Belfast, Northern Ireland. The sculpture was unveiled on 25 September 2009 after a series of delays and is located on Arthur Square, close to the main point of access to Victoria Square. The sculpture is constructed of steel and cost £200,000. As with other public works of art in Northern Ireland the sculpture has been given a nickname, the "Onion Rings".

Abercorn Restaurant bombing
The Abercorn Restaurant bombing was a paramilitary attack that took place in a crowded city centre restaurant and bar in Belfast, Northern Ireland on 4 March 1972. The bomb explosion claimed the lives of two young women and injured over 130 people. Many of the injuries were and included the loss of limbs and eyes. The Provisional IRA was blamed, although no organisation ever claimed responsibility and nobody was ever charged in connection with the bombing.
