Paulsternstraße (Berlin U-Bahn)
Paulsternstraße is a station on the Berlin U-Bahn line U7. It was opened on 1 October 1984 (constructed by Rümmler), with the line's extension from Rohrdamm to Rathaus Spandau. Its name means "Paul Stern Street" in English, Paul Stern having been the name of a pub owner after whom a Spandau neighbourhood was named. The station's interiors are notable for the large and colorful mosaics which decorate almost all walls. All signs sell "Paulsternstrasse".
Richtfunkstelle Berlin-Frohnau
The Richtfunkstelle Berlin-Frohnau (Directional radio station Berlin-Frohnau) was a facility for directional radio services in Frohnau (a locality in the Reinickendorf borough of Berlin). Before the German reunification, the facility served as a directional radio link between West Berlin and West Germany. It first used only an overhorizon directional link. For this link between 1970 and 1973 a 117.5 m high freestanding steelframe work tower was built.
Steinstücken
Steinstücken, a small settlement with approximately 200 inhabitants, is the southernmost territory of the Berlin borough of Steglitz-Zehlendorf, belonging to Wannsee. From the division of Germany in 1949 until a connecting corridor was created in 1971–72, Steinstücken was the only permanently inhabited one of originally twelve exclaves of West Berlin, while West Berlin itself was an enclave occupied by the Western Allies, surrounded either by East Berlin or East German (GDR) territory.
Alt-Tegel (Berlin U-Bahn)
Alt-Tegel is a Berlin U-Bahn station located on the U6. It was constructed by B. Grimmek and opened as "Tegel" station in 1958. In 1992, the station was renamed to Alt-Tegel (Old Tegel). Nearby is the S-Bahn station Berlin-Tegel, and the rename perhaps occurred to avoid confusion. As it is the end of the U6, it has eight exits, and is an important feeder for people who want to go to the Tegeler See, a recreation site in Berlin.
Borsigwerke (Berlin U-Bahn)
Borsigwerke is a Berlin U-Bahn station located on the U6. This station was built by B. Grimmek and opened in 1958. The northern entrance was integrated into the famous brick entrance building of the Borsig Factory. The walls of the platform are covered with yellow tiles.

Otisstraße (Berlin U-Bahn)
Otisstraße is a Berlin U-Bahn station located on the U6. The station is close to the street Otisstraße, hence the name. It was renamed in 2004 to celebrate the 150th year of operations of the local Otis Elevator Company and to correct a long-standing anomaly: this U6 line station was originally named Seidelstraße, even though its entrance was actually closer to Otisstraße. It was constructed in 1958 by the architect B. Grimmek.
Scharnweberstraße (Berlin U-Bahn)
Scharnweberstraße is a Berlin U-Bahn station located on the U6. It was constructed by B. Grimmek in 1958. Due to the extension of the U6, the trains had to go above ground after Kurt-Schumacher-Platz station. Soil for the embankment on which the line is built came from excavations for the U9, which was being built in parallel. As the trains had to go above ground, Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe (BVG), who operate the Berlin U-Bahn, had to install windscreen wipers on the trains.

Marienetta Jirkowsky
Marienetta "Micky" Jirkowsky was a German woman killed trying to cross the Berlin Wall. At 3.40am on November 22, 1980, Marienetta Jirkowsky and two friends attempted to cross the border between East and West Berlin. They were discovered by East German border guards and Jirkowsky was hit by 27 bullets, mainly in her stomach. She died the same day at 11.40 in Hennigsdorf hospital; she was 18 years old.
Tegeler Fließ
The Tegeler Fließ is a 30 km stream in Brandenburg and Berlin, and is named after the Tegel district of Berlin through which it flows. The river's source is in Basdorf in Wandlitz and it flows down into Lake Tegel. The Kindelfließ is a tributary of it.
LEW Hennigsdorf
The rail vehicle factory in Hennigsdorf, Germany, was founded in 1910 by AEG. Locomotive production began in 1913, and in the 1930s absorbed the work of the August Borsig locomotive factory, being renamed the Borsig Lokomotiv Werke GmbH until 1944. After the Second World War the factory was nationalised in the German Democratic Republic and produced electric locomotives for home use and for export, mainly to Communist Bloc countries under the name Lokomotivbau-Elektrotechnische Werke (LEW).
Berlin-Tegel Russian Orthodox Cemetery
The Berlin-Tegel Russian Orthodox Cemetery (German: Russischer Friedhof Berlin-Tegel) is the only Russian Orthodox burial ground in Berlin. It is located on Witte street in the Tegel locality of the Reinickendorf borough. It is owned and operated by the Brotherhood of St. Prince Vladimir (Bratstvo).

Hakenfelde Prison
Hakenfelde Prison (German: Justizvollzugsanstalt Hakenfelde, JVA Hakenfelde) is a low-security prison in Hakenfelde in Berlin, operated by the State of Berlin Department of Corrections. It was opened on 1 March 1978 in then West Berlin, and was originally a branch of Düppel Prison. It became an independent correctional institution in 1991. Between 1995 and 1998, its old barracks were replaced by a modern prison building. It has a capacity of 908 prisoners.
