The East Anglian Railway Museum is located at Chappel and Wakes Colne railway station in Essex, England, which is situated on the former Great Eastern Railway branch line from Marks Tey to Sudbury. Smallbridge Hall is a Grade II* listed Elizabethan English country house in Bures St. Mary, Suffolk, some 10 km north-west of Colchester. The present building is one wing of a large two storey redbrick Elizabethan mansion. It was heavily restored c.1874 and again in 1932. The house is partially surrounded by a moat and stands on the bank of the River Stour.
