Corentin Cariou is a station of the Paris Métro. The station was called Pont de Flandre until 1946, after a bridge which spans the Canal de Saint-Denis carrying the Rue de Flandre, the main street of the commune of La Villette, to the Porte de La Villette. It is named after Corentin Cariou (1898–1942), who was a member of the municipal council of the XIXe arrondissement and shot by the Nazis as a hostage during World War II.

The Cimetière de Pantin in the town of Pantin in the suburbs of Paris, France opened on November 15, 1886 and is the largest cemetery in the city, occupying 1.07 km². Argonaute (S636) is an Aréthuse-class submarine, and the fourth ship of the French Navy to bear the name. Launched on 23 October 1958, she served as flagship within the Toulon submarine squadron, and spent over 2,000 days at sea and over 32,000 hours underwater. She was decommissioned on 31 July 1982.
