Basilica of St Denis
The Cathedral Basilica of Saint Denis (French: Cathédrale royale de Saint-Denis, or simply Basilique Saint-Denis, previously the Abbaye de Saint-Denis) is a large medieval abbey church in the commune of Saint-Denis, now a northern suburb of Paris. Paris–Le Bourget Airport (French: Aéroport de Paris-Le Bourget) is an airport located at Le Bourget, in the districts of Bonneuil-en-France and Dugny, 6 NM north-northeast (NNE) of Paris, France. It is now used only for general aviation and air shows, most notably the Paris Air Show. The airport started commercial operations in 1919 and was Paris's only airport until the construction of Orly Airport in 1932.

The Paris Air Show (Salon international de l'aéronautique et de l'espace, Paris-Le Bourget) claims to be the world's oldest and largest air show. Established in 1909, it is currently held every odd year at Le Bourget Airport in north Paris, France. The next Paris Air Show, on the 17th to the 23rd of June 2013, will be the 50th. The format is similar to the Farnborough International Airshow in Britain and the ILA Berlin Air Show, which both next happen in 2014.
Stade de France
The Stade de France is the national stadium of France, situated just north of Paris in the commune of Saint-Denis. It has an all-seater capacity of 81,338, making it the sixth largest stadium in Europe, and is used by both the France national football team and French rugby union team for international competition. On 12 July 1998, France defeated Brazil 3–0 in the FIFA World Cup Final contested at the stadium.

The University of Paris VIII or University of Vincennes in Saint-Denis is a public university in Paris. Once part of the federal University of Paris system, it is now an autonomous public institution and is part of the Academy of Créteil. Most undergraduate degrees (except modern languages) are taught in French. It was founded as a direct response to events of May 1968.

Roman Catholic Diocese of Saint-Denis
The Roman Catholic Diocese of Saint-Denis, is a diocese of the Latin Rite of the Roman Catholic church in France. Erected in 1966, the diocese was split off from the Diocese of Versailles, and the Archdiocese of Paris. As of 2011, the diocese remains a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Paris. Bishop Olivier Jean-Marie Michel de Berranger, appointed in 1996, resigned on Jan. 15, 2009.
Saint-Denis – Porte de Paris (Paris Métro)
Saint-Denis - Porte de Paris is a station on line 13 of the Paris Métro in the commune of Saint-Denis. The station has a flat roof supported by beams. Its walls are decorated with white tiles used for advertising, especially for sports tournaments at the Stade de France. The station opened on 26 May 1976 when the line was extended from Carrefour Pleyel to Basilique de Saint-Denis. It was later renovated for the opening of the Stade de France to enable it to handle large flows of passengers.
Fort de l'Est
Fort de l'Est is a military strong point designed to protect Paris. It was built between 1841 and 1843 in Saint-Denis at the direction of French prime minister Adolphe Thiers, and was part of a immense defensive belt comprising 17 detached forts and the Thiers Wall surrounding Paris. The evolution of artillery quickly made these fortifications obsolete. The fort is still used by the French Army.

Groslay station is a rail station located in Groslay, France. It is on the Épinay-Villetaneuse–Le Tréport-Mers railway. The station is used by Transilien line H trains from Paris to Persan-Beaumont and Luzarches. The daily number of passengers was estimated to be between 500 and 2,000 in 2002. The station provides 174 parking spaces. The line from Épinay to Persan-Beaumont via Montsoult was opened by the Compagnie des chemins de fer du Nord (Nord Railway Company) in 1877.

It is also adjacent to the communes of Montmagny and Deuil-la-Barre in Val d'Oise. Despite its name, the Gare d'Épinay-Villetaneuse is located approximately 1 km from Villetaneuse. Nonetheless, it is the closest station to the Paris 13 University campus in Villetaneuse.
