Longdon-on-Tern
Longdon-Upon-Tern (also known as Longdon-on-Tern or colloquially Longdon) is a village in east central Shropshire, England. It is in the unitary district of Telford and Wrekin, and is approximately 11 kilometres east of Shrewsbury and 11 kilometres north-west of Telford. Longdon-Upon-Tern is situated on the River Tern, a tributary of the River Severn.

Cold Hatton
Cold Hatton is a small village in Shropshire, located around 6 miles south of Hodnet near the confluence of the River Tern and River Meese. It is in the civil parish of Ercall Magna, and since 1998 has been part of the Telford and Wrekin unitary district. The name Hatton is derived from the Old English hæþ-tun, meaning "settlement on the heath". The affix "cold", in English placenames, is usually taken to refer to a village's cold or exposed location.
Isombridge
Isombridge is a small hamlet in rural Shropshire. It lies on the border of the civil parishes of Wrockwardine and Rodington, north of Wrockwardine village, near the River Tern. Immediately to the north is another small hamlet, Marsh Green, which was formerly on the Shrewsbury Canal until the latter's closure. It was recorded as a manor in the Domesday Book, where its name was written Asnebruge.
