Cowan Bridge is a village in the English county of Lancashire. It is south-east of the town of Kirkby Lonsdale where the main A65 road crosses the Leck Beck. It forms part of the civil parish with the unusual name of Burrow-with-Burrow.

Leck, Lancashire
Leck is a civil parish in the English county of Lancashire. The parish of Leck had a population of 189 recorded in the 2001 census, It is on the River Leck close to the main A65, 2 miles south east of the Cumbrian town of Kirkby Lonsdale. Administratively it forms part of the City of Lancaster, Lancaster itself being 18 miles away. The Church of St Peter was built in 1878-79 and burnt down in 1913, but was accurately re-built in 1915.
Craven Fault
The Craven Fault is the name applied by geologists to the group of crustal faults in the Pennines that form the south edge of the Askrigg Block. It is evident at the surface in the contrast of limestone with millstone grit. It is coincident with the south edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park and the north edge of the Bowland Fells. It is the formative event of the Craven Basin and also of the upper part of the Aire Gap.

Opened in 2005 by chemist-turned-hotelier Andrew Wildsmith, the five-star retreat dates back to the 15th Century and has nine bedrooms and a three AA rosette restaurant serving a menu of locally-sourced food.
Leck Hall
Leck Hall is an 18th century country House located at Leck, near Kirkby Lonsdale, Lancashire. The hall is grade II listed. and stands in an informal park with an Orangery nearby. Home farm, late 18th century, is close to the house and there is a Lodge at the entrance to the drive. It is the current seat of Baron Shuttleworth, of Gawthorpe Hall, Padiham in the County Palatine of Lancaster and is not open to the public.
Holy Trinity Church, Casterton
Holy Trinity Church, Casterton, is in the village of Casterton, Cumbria, England. It is an active Anglican parish church in the deanery of Kendal, the archdeaconry of Westmoreland and Furness, and the diocese of Carlisle. Its benefice is united with those of five local parishes, the benefice being entitled Kirkby Lonsdale Team Ministry. The church has been designated by English Heritage as a Grade II listed building.

Its benefice is united with those of St Wilfrid, Melling, St John the Baptist, Tunstall, St James the Less, Tatham, the Good Shepherd, Lowgill, and Holy Trinity, Wray, to form the benefice of East Lonsdale. The church is designated by English Heritage as a Grade II listed building.
