Abbotsford House
Abbotsford is a historic house in the region of the Scottish Borders in the south of Scotland, near Melrose, on the south bank of the River Tweed. It was formerly the residence of historical novelist and poet, Walter Scott. {{#invoke:Footnotes|sfn}} It is a Category A Listed Building. {{#invoke:Footnotes|sfn}}
Philiphaugh Stadium
Philiphaugh is a rugby union ground in the Royal Burgh of Selkirk, Scotland with a capacity of approximately 6,000. It is the home of Selkirk Rugby Football Club, who currently play in Scottish Hydro Electric Premiership Division One and the Border League. Rugby was first recorded being played in the town of Selkirk in 1877, not far from the ground's current site. However it was Selkirk Cricket Club who first used the current pitch, before moving to larger premises.

Galashiels railway station is to serve the town of Galashiels, Scottish Borders, Scotland. It is to be reopened as part of the Waverley Line, a project to run between Edinburgh and Tweedbank, a village on the outskirts of Galashiels. The original station was closed by British Rail in 1969, along with the rest of the Waverley Line.

Old Gala House
Old Gala House is a museum and conference centre situated in the Old Town area of Galashiels in the Scottish Borders. The building was originally built as a tower house in 1487 by the Hoppringill (Pringle) family, who had been granted the lands of Gala by the Earl of Douglas. In 1583, Andrew Hoppringill carried out much improvement and extended the house as his family home.
