Ford is a village and civil parish in Shropshire, England. Ford lies west of the county town of Shrewsbury, just off the A458 road and near to the River Severn, at grid reference SJ413137. Shrawardine
Shrawardine, locally pronounced Shray-den, otherwise pronounced Shray-war-dine, is a small village in the civil parish of Montford. It is 5.9 miles outside of Shrewsbury, the county town of Shropshire, England. Its landmarks include Shrawardine Castle and St Mary's Church. The castle, known as Castell Isabella by the Anglo-Normans, was built in the reign of Henry I of England, and dismantled in 1645.
