Saltram House
Saltram House is a George II era mansion located in Plympton, Plymouth, England. The house that can be seen today is the work of Robert Adam, who altered the original Tudor house on two occasions. The saloon (main drawing room) is sometimes cited as one of Adam's finest interiors. Complete with all of the original decor, plasterwork and furnishings, Saltram is one of Britain's best preserved examples of an early Georgian house.

Cann Quarry Canal
The Cann Quarry canal was a canal in Devon, England which ran for just under 2 miles from Cann Quarry to the River Plym at Marsh Mills. It opened in 1829, and a short tramway connected it to the Plymouth and Dartmoor Railway at Crabtree Junction. It had been replaced by a tramway within ten years, but continued to be used as a mill leat to supply Marsh Mills corn mill, and most of it is still visible.

Efford is a large, mostly post-war, eastern suburb of Plymouth in the county of Devon, England. It stands on high ground above the Laira estuary of the River Plym and variously offers views over long distances: to the north across Dartmoor, to the east and south-east across the South Hams of Devon. It has a core of home owners but is predominantly made up of local authority and housing association properties.
Crabtree, Plymouth
Crabtree is a suburb of Plymouth in the English county of Devon. Originally, it was a small village beside the coaching route around the top of the Plym Estuary where travellers stopped before or after crossing the marshland known as Marsh Mills and the road to Plympton then Exeter and London. Now it is part of the city of Plymouth and has been substantially overbuilt by a superstore, one of the largest roundabouts in the west of England, and a flyover carrying the A38 road.

The A374 is a main road in the United Kingdom, one of six A-roads making the border crossing between Devon and Cornwall. It is the most southerly of the A37x group of roads, starting and ending its journey with the A38 trunk road, from the outskirts of Plymouth in Devon to the Trerulefoot roundabout in Cornwall.

Later the Great Western Railway also had running powers over the bridge providing access to their Yealmpton branch at Plymstock. The bridge may be converted into a pedestrian and cycle bridge.
