15th arrondissement of Paris
The 15th arrondissement of Paris is one of the 20 arrondissements (administrative districts) of the capital city of France. Situated on the Rive Gauche (left bank) of the River Seine and sharing the Montparnasse district with the 6th and 14th arrondissements, it is the city's most populous arrondissement. The Tour Montparnasse – the tallest skyscraper in Paris – and the neighbouring Gare Montparnasse are both located in the 15th arrondissement, at its border with the 14th.
Cambronne (Paris Métro)
Cambronne is an elevated station of the Paris Métro serving line 6 at the Place Cambronne in the 15th arrondissement. The station opened as part of the former Line 2 South on 24 April 1906, when it was extended from Passy to Place d'Italie. On 14 October 1907 Line 2 South was incorporated into Line 5. It was incorporated into line 6 on 12 October 1942. The Place Cambronne commemorates Vicomte Pierre Cambronne (1770–1842) who was a general at the Battle of Waterloo.
La Motte-Picquet – Grenelle (Paris Métro)
La Motte-Picquet - Grenelle is a station of the Paris Métro, at the interconnection of lines 6, 8 and 10 in the 15th arrondissement, near the 7th arrondissement. The station combines underground and elevated platforms. It is named after the Avenue de la Motte-Picquet and the Boulevard de Grenelle. It is a major Paris Metro interconnexion on the Rive Gauche, and the most important west of Montparnasse.
Commerce (Paris Métro)
Commerce is a station on line 8 of the Paris Métro in the Rue du Commerce, at the intersection with the Place du Commerce in the 15th arrondissement. The station was opened on 27 July 1937 as part of the extension of line 8 from La Motte-Picquet - Grenelle to Balard. The rue du Commerce, as its name suggests, is a shopping street in the district of Grenelle.
Avenue Émile Zola (Paris Métro)
Avenue Émile Zola is a station on line 10 of the Paris Metro in the 15th arrondissement. The station was opened on 13 July 1913 as part of the original section of line 8 between Beaugrenelle and Opéra. On 29 July 1937 line 10 was extended from Duroc to La Motte-Picquet - Grenelle and the section of line 8 between La Motte-Picquet - Grenelle and Porte d'Auteuil, including Avenue Émile Zola was transferred to line 10. The station is named after a street commemorating Émile Zola.
Volontaires (Paris Métro)
Volontaires is a station on line 12 of the Paris Métro in the 15th arrondissement. It is located at the junction of the Rue des Volontaires with the Rue de Vaugirard. The station opened on 5 November 1910 as part of the original section of the Nord-Sud Company's line A between Porte de Versailles and Notre-Dame-de-Lorette. On 27 March 1931 line A became line 12 of the Métro. It is named after the Rue des Volontaires.

Vaugirard is a station on line 12 of the Paris Métro in the 15th arrondissement. The station opened on 5 November 1910 as part of the original section of the Nord-Sud Company's line A between Porte de Versailles and Montparnasse. It is named after the Rue de Vaugirard. Adolphe Chérioux (a former Mayor of the district) is sometimes added to the station's name. This is also the name of the public garden extending from the station to the town hall of the 15th Arondissement.
