Bob Carpenter Center is a 5,000-seat multi-purpose arena, in Newark, Delaware, named in honor of benefactor and trustee, R. R. M. Carpenter, Jr. (1915–1990). Students at the University of Delaware have nicknamed it "The Bob. Delaware Field House

The Delaware Field House is an indoor athletics facility on the campus of the University of Delaware in Newark, Delaware. Constructed in 1966, the venue seats 4,000 fans for indoor track and tennis events. WNWK (1260 AM, "Sabrosa 1260") was a radio station broadcasting in Spanish in Newark, Delaware. The station was owned by Jose Roberto Ekonomo and Aida Esperanza Ekonomo, according to the FCC records. The station was originally licensed as WNRK in the 1960s. In the 1980s, it had an adult contemporary format with an emphasis on sports. After 2000 the station changed formats and call signs frequently, operating at various times as WAMS, WNWK and WRJJ.
