Elkridge is a census-designated place (CDP) in Howard County, Maryland, United States. The population was 22,042 at the 2000 census. Founded early in the 18th century, Elkridge is located at the confluence of three counties, the other two being Anne Arundel and Baltimore counties.

BWI Rail Station

The Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport Rail Station is an Amtrak and MARC commuter rail train station in Linthicum, an unincorporated area in Anne Arundel County, Maryland, United States. The station is located on the airport complex just over a mile from the main terminal of Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport. A free shuttle bus runs between the station and the airport terminal every 15 minutes from 5 a.m. –1 a.m.

Dorsey, Maryland, is a locality in eastern Howard County, Maryland, south of Elkridge, north of Savage, and close to the Anne Arundel County border and Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI). It is in the southern part of the Baltimore metropolitan area. Dorsey is perhaps best known as a stop on the MARC commuter rail system, which carries commuters into downtown Baltimore and Washington, D.C.

Thomas Viaduct

The Thomas Viaduct spans the Patapsco River and Patapsco Valley between Relay and Elkridge, Maryland, USA. It is the first multi-span masonry railroad bridge in the United States to be built on a curve. Construction of the bridge commenced on July 4, 1833, and was completed on July 4, 1835. It was named for Philip E. Thomas, the first president of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad (B&O), which the viaduct carried.

St. Denis, Maryland

St. Denis is a locality in Central Maryland in the United States, located in Arbutus, south of Baltimore. It is located on the CSX main line between Halethorpe and Relay (the latter being the site of the Thomas Viaduct), and is best known as a stop on the MARC commuter rail (on the Camden line). In former years a station building stood here similar to that in Germantown, but all that remains are the platforms.

Dorsey (MARC station)

Dorsey is a passenger rail station on the MARC Camden Line between Washington, DC and Baltimore's Camden Station. The station is located at Exit 7 on Maryland Route 100, a.k.a. ; the Paul T. Pitcher Memorial Highway. It was built by MARC as a replacement for a former Baltimore and Ohio Railroad station located next to a bridge over Maryland Route 103.

St. Denis (MARC station)

St. Denis is a passenger rail station on the MARC Camden Line in the Maryland town of the same name. While the small station is the line's closest station to its terminus at Camden Yards in Baltimore, it has low ridership and is designated a flag stop: trains do not stop unless the engineer sees passengers who are waiting to be picked up, or the conductor is aware that there are passengers who want to be dropped off. St. Denis station contains two platforms and three tracks.
