Jedburgh Abbey
Jedburgh Abbey, a ruined Augustinian abbey which was founded in the 12th century, is situated in the town of Jedburgh, in the Scottish Borders 10 miles north of the border with England at Carter Bar. Jedburgh is the largest town on the A68 between Newcastle upon Tyne and the Scottish capital, Edinburgh.
Ferniehirst Castle
Ferniehirst Castle (sometimes spelt Ferniehurst) is an L-shaped construction on the east bank of the Jed Water, about a mile and a half south of Jedburgh, in the Scottish Borders area of Scotland, and in the former county of Berwickshire. It is an ancient seat of the Clan Kerr, and after a period of institutional use it was restored by the 12th Marquess of Lothian in the late 20th century.
Riverside Park, Jedburgh
Riverside Park, Jedburgh is the home of Jedforest Rugby Football Club and is situated just to the north of the town boundary on Edinburgh Road. It has been the home of Jed-Forest RFC for the majority of the club's existence (the very first few matches were played at Lothian Park. It has one all seater stand underneath which are the changing rooms, an extension which houses the gym and a small ramshackle stand opposite.

Jedburgh Castle was a castle at Jedburgh in Scotland. It was fought over during the Wars of Scottish Independence, and was demolished by the Scots commanded by Sir James Douglas of Balvenie in 1409.
Timpendean Tower
Timpendean Tower (tim-pen-deen) or Typenden Castle as it was once known, is a ruined 15th-century tower house near Lanton, around 1.5 miles north-west of Jedburgh in the Scottish Borders. It is built on rising ground between the River Teviot and the Jed Water. It is a simple tower structure measuring 29 feet by 24 feet with 4-foot-thick walls. It was a stronghold of the Douglas family.
Bonjedward
Bonjedward is a hamlet in the Scottish Borders area of Scotland, two miles north of Jedburgh where the River Jed joins the River Teviot. The village stands on a ridge of land formed by the approach of the Teviot and Jed Water towards their junction. Nearby are Ancrum, Lanton, Monteviot House, Peniel Heugh, the Timpendean Tower and the Waterloo Monument.
