La Défense
La Défense is a major business district of the Paris aire urbaine. With a population of 20,000, it is centered in an orbital motorway straddling the Hauts-de-Seine département municipalities of Nanterre, Courbevoie, and Puteaux. The district is at the westernmost extremity of Paris's 10 km long Historical Axis, which starts at the Louvre in Central Paris and continues along the Champs-Élysées, well beyond the Arc de Triomphe before culminating at La Défense.
Neuilly-sur-Seine community cemetery
The Neuilly-sur-Seine community cemeteries in the Hauts-de-Seine département of France are in the western suburbs of Paris, between Paris and La Défense. The first is called cimetière ancien (Old Cemetery) and is to be found in Neuilly; the second (New Cemetery) is to be found in Nanterre, near La Défense, but belongs to Neuilly. It is called cimetière nouveau.

Tour First
Tour First (previously known as Tour UAP between 1974-1998, and as Tour AXA between 1998-2007) is an office skyscraper in Courbevoie, a suburb in the La Défense district of Paris, France. The tower was built in 1974 by Bouygues for the UAP insurance company. The building was 159 m at that time. Its ground shape was in the form of a three-pointed star whose branches were separated each by a 120° angle.
Tour Les Poissons
Tour Les Poissons is a 42-storey, 129.5 m skyscraper completed in 1970 in Courbevoie, near La Défense business district, west of Paris, France. In 2006, the spire, a 22 m cylindrical concrete barometer that glowed, green or blue indicating atmospheric pressure, was removed from the roof. The design of Tour Les Poissons includes a white tower joined with a smaller black tower. The lower thirty floors of the building hold residential apartments, and the upper ten floors are dedicated to offices.
Tours Aillaud
The Tours Aillaud (also known as Tours Nuages) is a group of residential buildings located in Nanterre, in the inner suburbs of Paris, France. Built in 1977 at the outskirts of La Défense business district, the Tours Aillaud are named after their main architect, Emile Aillaud. The housing project represents 18 towers including 1,607 apartments all together. The tallest of those are the Tours 1 and 2 with 39 floors and a height of 105 meters.

Leonardo da Vinci Engineering School
The Leonardo da Vinci Engineering School (ESILV) is a five-year engineering school in Paris, France. It was placed 10th among French engineering schools "Post-bac" in the 2010 Le Point rankings. It is fully accredited to award the title of "ingénieur" by the French Commission of Engineering Titles and it is one of France's top schools. ESILV is part of the "Pole Universitaire Léonard de Vinci". The director of the school is Professor Michel Bernadou.
Tour Aurore
Tour Aurore is a 100-metre, 29-story office building in the La Defense central business district of Paris. It was constructed in 1970 and will be dismantled in 2013 to make way for Tour Air2.
Maisons Jaoul
Maisons Jaoul are a celebrated pair of houses in the upmarket Paris suburb of Neuilly-sur-Seine, designed by Le Corbusier and built in 1954-56. They are among his most important post-war buildings and feature a rugged aesthestic of unpainted cast concrete "béton brut" and roughly detailed brickwork.
Château de Neuilly
The château de Neuilly is a former château in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. Its estate covered a vast 170 hectare park called "parc de Neuilly" which comprised all of Neuilly that is today to be found between avenue du Roule and the town of Levallois-Perret. The castle was built in 1751, and was largely destroyed in 1848. One wing of the former castle remains, and was integrated into a new convent building in 1907.
Exploradôme
The Exploradôme is a science museum located in Vitry-sur-Seine in the Val-de-Marne, France. It was founded by Goéry Delacôte. It is open daily; an admission fee is charged. The museum opened in 1998. Its permanent exhibition contains interactive objects designed and produced by the Exploratorium in San Francisco, including optical illusions, turbulent motion, structures and forms, and movement. The museum also contains temporary exhibits, and provides workshops for children and teenagers.
Tour Signal
Tour Signal was a proposed skyscraper in La Défense and in Puteaux, France. Medea and Layetana were the developers with Ateliers Jean Nouvel as architects. West Gate was chosen as the location for the building in order to open the La Défense district to the municipality of Puteaux.
Pont de Neuilly
Le pont de Neuilly is a road and rail bridge carrying Route nationale 13 and Paris Métro Line 1 which crosses the River Seine between the right bank of Neuilly-sur-Seine and Courbevoie and Puteaux on the left bank in the French department of Hauts-de-Seine. It faces the headquarters of La Défense and is aligned on the Axe historique of Paris. The first bridge on the site was in wood, built after the fall of Henry IV and Marie de Médicis's carriage in June 1606.

Arena 92
Arena 92 is a proposed retractable-roof stadium that the French rugby union club Racing Métro 92 plans to build in the western suburbs of Paris. It will replace their current stadium Stade Olympique Yves-du-Manoir. Due to open in 2014, it offers three separate configurations. In its rugby configuration, it will have a capacity of 32,000. For concerts, it will be able to seat 40,000. Finally, a movable stand will allow it to be used for indoor sports, with a capacity as low as 5,000.

The station was opened on October 1, 1973 on the "ligne de St-Germain" connecting Auber and Saint-Germain. Currently, it is the westernmost station of the central section of RER A line. Line A splits here further to the west into A1 and A3+A5.
