Esherick House
The Esherick House in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is one of the most studied of the nine built houses designed by American architect Louis Kahn. Commissioned by Margaret Esherick, it was completed in 1961. The current station building was built in 1931 by the Reading Railroad, as a replacement for an earlier station that existed between 1872 and 1930. The station is in zone 2 on the Chestnut Hill East Line, on former Reading Railroad tracks, and is 10.8 track miles from Suburban Station. In 2004, this station saw 213 boardings on an average weekday.

From 1861 to 2010 Chestnut Hill Academy was an all-male Pre-K through 12 independent college preparatory school located in northwest Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In 2010 CHA merged with its academic partner and neighbor, the all-girls school Springside School. The two schools together are now known as Springside Chestnut Hill Academy.

Chestnut Hill West Station is a SEPTA Regional Rail station at 9 West Evergreen Avenue off Germantown Avenue, Chestnut Hill, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The station was originally built by the Philadelphia, Germantown and Chestnut Hill Railroad between 1883 and 1884, and acquired by the Pennsylvania Railroad. In 1918, when the station was electrified, the station was rebuilt to accommodate the upgrade.

Inglewood Cottage
Inglewood Cottage is a Gothic Revival villa, built c. 1850, located at 150 Bethlehem Pike, in the Chestnut Hill section of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It was designed by famed American architect, Thomas Ustick Walter, Fourth Architect of the U.S. Capital, and built by Cephas Childs, a prominent Philadelphia lithographer and director of the Chestnut Hill Railroad.
Pastorius Park
Pastorius Park is a 16-acre (6.5-ha) park in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. It is maintained by the Fairmount Park Commission. Established in 1915, the park was named in honor of Francis Pastorius, a leader of early German immigrants to the area. It is located in the Chestnut Hill section of Philadelphia, at Lincoln Drive and Abington Avenue. The park includes a pond and an amphitheater. The Chestnut Hill Community Association sponsors evening concerts at the park during the summer.
