Miquon (SEPTA station)
Miquon is a rail station located along the SEPTA Manayunk/Norristown Line in southeastern Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, United States. Miquon station is the first station on the line to be located outside of Philadelphia. The station, located at River and Manor Roads, is adjacent to a large office park (River Park I and II) which was redeveloped from a former paper mill in 1999.

1939 U.S. Open (golf)
The 1939 U.S. Open was the 43rd U.S. Open. The golf tournament was held June 8–12, 1939 at Philadelphia Country Club in Gladwyne, Pennsylvania, a suburb northwest of Philadelphia. Byron Nelson won after two playoff rounds to prevail against Craig Wood and Denny Shute to claim his only U.S. Open title, and the second of his five major championships. It was the first playoff at the U.S. Open in eight years and the first three-way playoff since 1913.
Philadelphia Country Club
Philadelphia Country Club is a country club located in Lower Merion Township, Montgomery County . It has a golf course, pool, shooting range, squash, tennis, and paddle courts, a bowling alley, and a main building that will be discussed later. The golf course hosted the U.S. Open in 1939. The golf department has an 18-hole golf course as well as a 9-hole golf course added in 1990 to celebrate the club's one hundredth anniversary.
Flat Rock Tunnel
The Flat Rock Tunnel is an active railroad tunnel located on Norfolk Southern's Harrisburg Line near Manayunk, Pennsylvania, USA. The tunnel was built by the Reading Railroad for its line along the Schuylkill River. Construction of the tunnel started in 1836 and it opened in 1840. In 1858-9 the Flat Rock and Black Rock Tunnels were widened to accommodate the wider rolling stock from the Lebanon Valley Branch. The spacing between the tracks was increased from 4 feet to 6 feet .
