Four Crosses, Powys
Four Crosses is a village in Montgomeryshire in northern Powys, mid Wales, close to the border with Shropshire. It is in the community of Llandysilio. The village is home to over 900 persons. It is on the Offa's Dyke Path. The nearest town is Oswestry. The Foxen Manor housing estate has a football field and playground. This field is home to Four Crosses Football Club, who are in the SPAR Mid Wales League, and are moving up the division.
Llanymynech and Pant
Llanymynech and Pant is a civil parish in Shropshire, England. The population of the parish is approximately 2,100. The two main villages within the parish are Llanymynech and Pant, though only the English half of Llanymynech is in the parish as the other half is in Powys, Wales. The parish is home to the Llanymynech and Pant Cricket Club, which formed in 2008. They play their home matches in Llanymynech.
Four Crosses railway station
Four Crosses railway station was a station on the former Cambrian Railways between Oswestry and Welshpool. Opened in 1860 as part of the Oswestry and Newtown Railway (O&NR), it served the village of Four Crosses in Powys, Wales. The O&NR line south of Llanymynech to Newtown (Powys) was single track, with passing loops at each intermediate station.
Llanymynech Golf Club
Llanymynech Golf Course is situated atop Llanymynech Hill overlooking the villages of Llanymynech and Pant, approximately 9 miles from Welshpool, right on the Welsh/English border. From the course it is possible to view 12 of the old 'shire counties', including Shropshire, Cheshire, Flintshire and Denbighshire. The course is also surrounded by sheer cliffs and steep banks. There is a section of Offa's Dyke on the western edge of the course, and the Offa's Dyke Path crosses the course.

Arddleen railway station served the village of Arddlin in Powys, Wales, sited on the former Cambrian Railways between Oswestry and Welshpool. Served by the Oswestry and Newtown railway, it was situated near the English border.
Llandysilio
Llandysilio is a village and community in the Welsh county of Powys. Its population at the 2001 Census was 962. The present parish church, dedicated to Saint Tysilio, dates from 1867 but tradition states that a church was founded here by Tysilio in the seventh century.
Afon Tanat
Afon Tanat (River Tanat) is a river in northern Powys, Wales. Its source is close to the Cyrniau Nod mountain, to the north of Lake Vyrnwy. The river flows in a generally east-south-east direction until it joins the River Vyrnwy near Llansantffraid-ym-Mechain. For a short distance prior to its confluence it flows within western Shropshire, England. A number of other rivers act as its tributaries, including Afon Eirth, Afon Rhaeadr, Afon Iwrch and Cynllaith.
