Anmer Hall
Anmer Hall is a country house situated in the Norfolk village of Anmer in England, about two miles east of The Queen's residence at Sandringham. Leased by the Duke and Duchess of Kent as their country house from 1972 until 1990, it has formed part of the Sandringham estate since 1898. In 2013, it has been stated that The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will take over Anmer Hall, as their country house when the royal baby in born later on in 2013.

Appleton Water Tower
The Appleton Water Tower is a Victorian water tower located in Sandringham, Norfolk. It was constructed in 1877 on the behest of the then Prince George, to improve the quality of the water supply to the nearby Sandringham House and its estate. Accommodation was provided within the tower on the ground and first floors for the water tower custodian, whilst the second floor above the water tank provides a viewing platform. All floors are served by a spiral staircase adjoining the tower.
