The North Wall
The North Wall is the Canadian Vietnam Veterans Memorial located in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. The monument was erected on July 2, 1995 in Assumption Park, directly across from Detroit, Michigan under the Ambassador Bridge that spans from Detroit to Windsor. What is most notable is how this monument plays a part in history. The monument was donated by three veterans from Michigan, Ed Johnson, Ric Gidner and Chris Reynolds. These three men formed the M.A.C.V.

Dominion House
The Dominion House Tavern, built before 1850, is the oldest remaining continuously run tavern in the Windsor-Detroit Border region and one of the oldest in Ontario. From its commencement it has served and housed many residents and travelers while the stagecoach ran from Windsor to Amherstburg. It has been a licensed tavern since 1869, and a popular inn since the 1880s; frequented often by judges, juries and county government officials until the 1970s when the Sandwich courthouse closed.
Old Sandwich Town
Old Sandwich Town (Olde Sandwich Towne) is located along the Canadian border of the Detroit River, and was established in 1797. It is considered one of the oldest, most historically significant settlements in Ontario and has been the site of several historically significant events in Ontario's history. Many historic buildings remain in Old Sandwich Town and the area hosts an annual festival to celebrate its heritage.
