Rockcliffe Park, Ontario

Rockcliffe Park is the wealthiest neighbourhood in Ottawa, Ontario, and is one of the most prosperous enclaves in Canada. From 1926 until 2001 it was an independent village, but was amalgamated with the rest of the city January 1, 2001. As of 2011, it had a population of 2,021.

Stornoway (residence)

Stornoway is the name of the official residence of the Leader of the Opposition in Canada, and has been used as such since 1950. It is provided in recognition of the opposition leader's position. McPhail Memorial Baptist Church

McPhail Memorial Baptist Church is a Baptist church in Ottawa, Canada. It is located on Bronson Avenue at Lisgar Street in the west of Downtown. The church was founded in 1888 as an offshoot of First Baptist Church. Its current home was completed in 1893. It is one of Ottawa's best known examples of late-nineteenth century revivalist architecture. The church is named after Rev. Daniel McPhail who served as a minister and itinerant preacher in the Ottawa area for many decades. He died in 1874.

Apostolic Nunciature in Ottawa

Crichton Street Public School

Crichton Street Public School was an elementary school in the New Edinburgh neighbourhood of Ottawa, Canada. The first school in the village of New Edinburgh opened in 1838. The school moved to Crichton Street around 1875. In 1887, when New Edinburgh was annexed to Ottawa, this two-room school house became part of the Ottawa school board. The original structure was demolished in 1919, and a new structure designed by W.B. Garwick was erected.

The School of Dance – 32 Years of History[edit] The School of Dance was founded by Merrilee Hodgins and Joyce Shietze. It opened its doors on Wellington Street in Ottawa's near west end in 1978 as a nationally registered, educational, charitable, non-profit organization designed to provide professional training for dance. The budget was $11,000, the staff number was 3 and the studios were rented.

190 Coltrin Road

190 Coltrin Road is the residence of the High Commissioner of Pakistan in Ottawa, Canada. It is located in the enclave of Rockcliffe Park amongst other prestigious ambassadorial residences. Lornado

Lornado is the official residence of the United States Ambassador to Canada in the Rockcliffe Park area of Ottawa. The 32 room limestone facade 2½ storey manor has been an official residence since 1936. Built in 1908 for American -born Ottawa raised businessman Warren Y. Soper, founder of the Ottawa Electric Railway Company and Ottawa Car Company. It was sold to the Government of the United States in 1935. Mr. Soper named the residence after his favorite novel, Lorna Doone.
