Bedd Arthur

Bedd Arthur or Arthur's Grave is a possible prehistoric hengiform monument megalithic site in the Preseli Hills in the Welsh county of Pembrokeshire. It sits on top of the Preseli ridge and overlooks the rocky outcrop of Carn Menyn, a site that has been suggested as a source for some of the bluestones used at Stonehenge.

Carn Menyn

Carn Menyn is a grouping of craggy rock outcrops or tors in the Preseli Hills in the Welsh county of Pembrokeshire. The name means "Butter Rock". It is sometimes called Carn Meini ("Rock of Stones"), but this is a modern corruption of the original name. It sits on top of the Preseli ridge, close to the stone setting of Bedd Arthur and is believed by some to have been the main source for the bluestones used at Stonehenge.

The River Cleddau consists of the Eastern and Western Cleddau rivers in Pembrokeshire, west Wales. They unite to form the Daugleddau estuary, which forms the important harbour of Milford Haven. The name of the combined estuary – the Daugleddau – means “the two Cleddaus”.

The Afon Nyfer (English: River Nevern) is a river in North Pembrokeshire, West Wales which runs into the Irish Sea. The river rises at Blaencwm {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:51.9696|N|4.6553|W||||| | |name= }}, just east of Crymych. It flows northward then westward, skirting the slopes of the Preseli Hills. It passes through Felindre Farchog and Nevern, and reaches the sea at Newport {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:52.02245|N|4.8446|W||||| | |name= }}.

Eglwyswen (sometimes called Whitechurch or Whitchurch-by-Cardigan) is a hamlet and parish in Pembrokeshire, Wales. It is situated on the north slopes of the Preseli Hills, 4 km north-west of Crymych. The south-western part of the parish is in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. The parish is part of the community of Crymych. The Welsh placename means "white church". It was formerly called Whitchurch-by-Cardigan to distinguish it from Whitchurch near St David's.

Pengelli National Nature Reserve

Pengelli National Nature Reserve is part of the largest block of ancient oak woodland in West Wales. It has survived for hundreds of years, despite being modified by people. Lying near the village of Eglwyswrw in the north of Pembrokeshire, it makes up part of the gentle agricultural landscape which lies between the foot of the Preseli hills and the sea. Species found in this rich woodland include badgers, polecats and the elusive dormouse.
