Killinghall
Killinghall is a village and civil parish in the Harrogate district of North Yorkshire, England. It is located three miles north of Harrogate, extending south from the bridges on the A61 over the River Nidd. The undeveloped area between Killinghall and Harrogate is known as Killinghall Moor. The village of Ripley lies a mile to the north and Hampsthwaite two miles to the west. Killinghall is located on the A61 making it convenient for travel to Harrogate or Ripon.

Ripley Castle
Ripley Castle is a Grade I listed 14th century country house in Ripley, North Yorkshire, England, some 5 km (3 miles) north of Harrogate. The house is built of coursed squared gritstone and ashlar with grey slate and stone slate roofs. A central 2-storey block is flanked by a tower at one end and a 3-storey wing at the other.

The Red Cat Cottage (formerly Red Cat Inn), a Grade II listed building, is now a residence that sits at the top of Bachelor Gardens in Bilton, a district of Harrogate in North Yorkshire, England. At the time of Oliver Cromwell this house was an inn that sat on Dragon Lane. The earliest part of the house dates back to the 17th century, whilst the main body was added in the 18th century and the top of the house was built in the 20th century.
