White Nothe

White Nothe (meaning "White Nose") is a chalk headland on the English Channel coast at the eastern end of Ringstead Bay, east of Weymouth in Dorset, England. The area is well known for its geology and fossils. Its flanks are the result of prehistoric landslides and the inaccessible slopes of the undercliff provide a secluded wildlife habitat. There is a zigzag path up the cliff, believed to be one of the locations used by smugglers in the book Moonfleet.

Bat's Head

Bat's Head is a chalk headland on the Dorset coast in southern England, located between Swyre Head and Durdle Door to the east, and Chaldon Hill and White Nothe to the west. There is a small but very visible cave at the base of the headland known as Bat's Cave. A spectacular path, part of the South West Coast Path, runs along the coast through rolling green downland countryside to the north of Bat's Head.

Man of War Bay

Man of War Bay encloses Man O'War Cove on the Dorset coast in southern England, between the headlands of Durdle Door to the west and Man O War Head to the east. The UK Ordnance Survey maps at 1:50000 and 1:25000 scale do not mark a bay of this name in the area and therefore Man of War Bay may be a local name. The cove the bay encloses is called Man O'War Cove so the spelling "Man of War Bay" is doubtful. The Ordnance Survey maps mark a St Oswald's Bay so this is the official name.

Located at 50.6204, -2.2703 (Lat. / Lng.), about 2 miles away.
