Bircotes
Bircotes is a mining town in the Bassetlaw district of Nottinghamshire, on the border with the metropolitan borough of Doncaster. It is located at {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:53|25|N|1|2|W||| | |name= }}, and forms the civil parish of Harworth and Bircotes with its neighbour Harworth. The parish has a population of around 8,000 people. The nearest major towns are Doncaster and Worksop. The local school is Serlby Park Academy.

Finningley is a village and civil parish within the Metropolitan Borough of Doncaster, in South Yorkshire, England. Royal Air Force Station Finningley or RAF Finningley is a former Royal Air Force station at Finningley, South Yorkshire, England, partly within the traditional county boundaries of Nottinghamshire and partly in the West Riding of Yorkshire, now wholly within the Metropolitan Borough of Doncaster. RAF Finningley was decommissioned in 1996. The airfield has been now developed into an international airport named Robin Hood Airport Doncaster Sheffield, which opened on 28 April 2005.
