Monte Poggiolo is a hill near Forlì, Italy in the Emilia-Romagna area. The hill overlooks the Montone River valley from an elevation of 212 m. At Monte Poggiolo is a Florentine castle. The fort was designed by Giuliano da Maiano and built in 1471 in the form of a rhombus with four towers.

The lack of relevant documentation concerning Palazzo Sangiorgi, only mentioned as "accessory building" to the adjoining Palazzo Gaddi, makes the identification of the Palace's original purposes very difficult. The Palace includes two different buildings separated by an internal courtyard: one facing Corso Garibaldi and an inner one, edging Vicolo Gaddi. A second courtyard is located behind the inner building.

The park is equipped with a small arena for outdoor performances, bicycle and keep-fit paths, a roller rink, a skatepark with several ramps, a children playing area, volley and basket courts and a soccer pitch. At the entrance stands the local music hall that bands can rent to rehearse and record their music.

The Teatro Diego Fabbri (Diego Fabbri Theatre) is a theatre in Forlì, Emilia-Romagna, northern Italy. It was opened in September 2000 and is managed by the municipality of Forlì. It is provided with 550 seats in the arena and 160 in the galleries, a foyer with 100 seats and two rehearsal halls.
Palazzo Hercolani
Palazzo Hercolani is a palace in Forlì, Emilia-Romagna, Italy. There is also a Palazzo Hercolani in Bologna. Until 1844 it belonged to the ancient Hercolani Family of Forlì. The last Hercolani heir living in the palace was Fabrizio Gaddi Hercolani, son of Cesarina Hercolani and Lepido Gaddi Hercolani. In 1844 Fabrizio sold the palace to Count Sesto Matteucci, who engaged in a great number of renovations, although the palace plan was still left unchanged.

The Parco della Resistenza ('Resistance Park') is a city park in Forlì, Italy. It was engineerd by L. Mirri in 1816 on a typical illuministic framework and renovated twice during the following century. The park was built after the fashion of typical Italian gardens although at that stage the English landscape gardens were becoming very popular too. During those days, the center of the garden was occupied by an obelisc surrounded by symmetrical flower beds.
Forlì Branch of the University of Bologna
The Forlì Branch of the University of Bologna is a dislocated seat of the University of Bologna in the town of Forlì. The Legislative decree n° 662/1996 detected a key problem of the so called "mega-universities" in the difficulties to access and successfully attend university curricula met by students. The need to split universities with more than 40.000 enrolled students was thus seen as urging to guarantee the right to education of potential students.
San Giacomo Apostolo, Forlì
The Dominican Church of San Giacomo Apostolo is a late medieval church in Forlì, Italy. Built during the 13th century in the southern part of the town, it hosted friars of the Dominican Order, hence it was better known as Church of San Domenico. In the first half of the 16th century, the two cloisters were restored and the monastery was enlarged. Between 1715 and 1719, the church interior was restored according to the late Baroque canons.
Giardino dei Semplici, Bagnacavallo
The Giardino dei Semplici is a botanical garden in Bagnacavallo, Province of Ravenna, Emilia-Romagna, central Italy. The garden was established in 2004 on the former Palazzo Graziani grounds, and currently contains over 300 types of herbs and woody plants. It is divided into four sections and features fruit trees, roses, grasses, legumes, and traditional food plants.
Giardino Botanico del Museo Civico di Scienze Naturali di Faenza
The Giardino Botanico del Museo Civico di Scienze Naturali di Faenza is a botanical garden located on the grounds of the Museo Civico di Scienze Naturali, Via Medaglie d'Oro n. 51, Faenza, Province of Ravenna, Emilia-Romagna, Italy. The garden was established in the 1980s, and currently contains about 170 species of woody plants indigenous to the Romagna region.

Forlì railway station
Forlì railway station (Italian: Stazione di Forlì) serves the city and comune of Forlì, in the region of Emilia-Romagna, northern Italy. Opened in 1926, it forms part of the Bologna–Ancona railway. The station is currently managed by Rete Ferroviaria Italiana (RFI). However, the commercial area of the passenger building is managed by Centostazioni. Train services are operated by Trenitalia. Each of these companies is a subsidiary of Ferrovie dello Stato (FS), Italy's state-owned rail company.

Battle of Faenza

The Battle of Faenza or Battle of Castel Bolognese on 3 or 4 February 1797 saw a 7,000-man force from the Papal States commanded by Michelangelo Alessandro Colli-Marchi face a 9,000-strong French corps under Claude Victor-Perrin. The veteran French troops decisively defeated the Papal army, inflicting disproportionate casualties.
