Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Bridge

The station was built in 1955 by the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad and is located next to a former station. Both station houses are near Virginia State University and Roger Stadium. The two station buildings share the same platform.

Union Station (Petersburg)

Petersburg Union Station is an unused train station in Petersburg, Virginia. It was originally built in 1909–1910 for the Norfolk and Western Railway, replacing an earlier structure damaged by a flood. The station remained in use until the formation of Amtrak in 1971, when passenger service on the Norfolk and Western's tracks ended. It saw a brief revival in 1975–1977, when Amtrak operated the Mountaineer between Norfolk and Cincinnati, Ohio.
