Buchanan, New York
Buchanan is a village located in the town of Cortlandt in Westchester County, New York. The population was 2,230 as of the 2010 census. The Indian Point nuclear power facility is located in Buchanan. The 2000 Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree also came from Buchanan.

Depew Park
Depew Park is a park located in Peekskill, New York. The park is about 60 acres in area. It contains two baseball fields, a football field, a soccer field, an Olympic-sized pool, and a baby pool. It also contains playgrounds, a pond (for fishing and ice skating), tennis courts, basketball courts, and two tracks. Another main feature is the trails, for walking, biking and horseback riding. Depew Park is adjacent to Blue Mountain Reserve.

It was privately owned by James M. W. Martin. The seaplane base was situated on the Hudson River in Verplanck, a hamlet in the Town of Cortlandt. Also located at this site is the Riveredge Trailer Park, founded and operated by James Martin since 1950.
