Mechanicville, New York
Mechanicville is a city in Saratoga County, New York, United States. The population is 5,196 as of the 2010 census. It is the smallest city by area in the state. The name is derived from the occupations of early residents. The city is located on the eastern border of Saratoga County and is north of Albany, the state capital. Mechanicville borders the towns of Stillwater (of which it was once a part) and Halfmoon in the county, and the town of Schaghticoke, in Rensselaer County.

Mechanicville Jr. /Sr. High School is a school located in Halfmoon, New York, USA. The school is part of the Mechanicville City School district and serves the district's 6th through 12th grades. In 2011, a merger occurred between the High School and the Middle School causing the school to now be known as Mechanicville Jr. /Sr. High School.
Mechanicville Bridge
The Mechanicville Bridge (also known as the Hemstreet Park Bridge) carries New York State Route 67 across the Hudson River in New York connecting Mechanicville with Hemstreet Park in the Town of Schaghticoke. The bridge was built in 1950 as a replacement for a structure privately built as a toll bridge in 1888, and is referred to by some as the Champlain Canal Bridge.
