ROF Thorpe Arch
ROF Thorp Arch was one of sixteen World War II, UK government-owned Royal Ordnance Factory, which produced munitions. It was a medium-sized filling factory (Filling Factory No. 9). It was located on the banks of the River Wharfe, north east of the two villages of Boston Spa and Thorp Arch; and four miles south east of the town of Wetherby, West Yorkshire in England.

Thorp Arch, West Yorkshire
Thorp Arch is a small affluent village and civil parish near Wetherby, West Yorkshire, England. The village comes under the City of Leeds metropolitan borough. The village is set on the River Wharfe and has a primary school and public house. The village is in the LS23 Wetherby postcode area and has a Wetherby dialling code (01937). Historically the parish of Thorp Arch was not in any of the Ridings of Yorkshire but in the Ainsty, a separate division. It has a population of 1,123.
Thorp Arch (training ground)
Thorp Arch is the training ground and Academy base of English football club, Leeds United. Located in the village of Thorp Arch, near to the town of Wetherby, the site covers 12.1 hectares. The facility consists of three sections, The Barn, The Grange and the training pitches. Presently, none of the sections are owned by Leeds United, but the Barn and the training pitches are leased to the club. The club are currently in talks with Leeds City Council regarding a re-purchase of the facility.
St Edward King and Confessor Catholic Church, Clifford
Saint Edward King and Confessor Church is a Roman Catholic church in Clifford, West Yorkshire. The church is the largest in Clifford and its tall tower is the most prominent structure in the area. The church is a grade II Listed building and serves Clifford and the surrounding villages. The church lies in the Roman Catholic deanery of Harrogate.
