Forest of Bere
The Forest of Bere is a mixed-use partially forested area immediately north of Fareham, Portsmouth and Roman Road, Havant and includes a small part of the South Downs National Park. The former uninterrupted forest is today a mix of woodland, open space, ponds, streams, heathland, farmland and downland interspersed by minor villages and the major settlements of Waterlooville (with Cowplain) and Eastleigh.

Bat & Ball Inn, Clanfield
The Bat & Ball Inn near Clanfield, Hampshire, England, is an historic eighteenth century pub situated opposite the Broadhalfpenny Down cricket ground, the original home of the Hambledon Club. It is traditionally, though erroneously, called "the cradle of cricket". Richard Nyren, a landlord of the inn from 1762 to 1772, was the Hambledon Club's team captain. Nyren was succeeded as landlord by William Barber, another well-known Hambledon cricketer, who held the licence until 1784.
Catherington Down
Catherington Down Nature Reserve is a hill, or down, in Hampshire, England. It rises fairly steeply on its eastern flank. It is managed by Hampshire County Council and Hampshire and Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust. grid reference SU692144. It is a chalk based grassland similar to the South Downs and is an example of early strip cultivation. The area is popular with local dog walkers and has a number of footpaths across it.

Hinton Daubney
Hinton Daubney is a small hamlet in Hampshire, England, located between Catherington and Hambledon. It is the site of one of the earliest recorded sightings of ball lightning. Hinton Daubney played a role in the escape of Charles II from England after the battle of Worcester.
