Ustroń
Ustroń is a health resort town in Cieszyn Silesia, southern Poland. It is situated in the Silesian Voivodeship (since 1999), having previously been in Bielsko-Biała Voivodeship (1975–1998). It lies in the Silesian Beskids mountain range. The town has a futuristic outlook because of a cluster of pyramid-shaped hotels. It is also the home of the Jan Jarocki Museum. It was founded in April 1986 as Museum of Metallurgy.

Skoczów is a town and the seat of Gmina Skoczów in Cieszyn County, Silesian Voivodeship, southern Poland with 14,783 inhabitants (2004). It lies on the confluence of the river Bładnica into Vistula, in Silesian Foothills, in the historical region of Cieszyn Silesia.
Strumień
Strumień is a town and the seat of Gmina Strumień, in Cieszyn County, in the Silesian Voivodeship of southern Poland, on the Vistula River. Currently situated in the Silesian Voivodeship (since 1999), Strumień was previously part of the Bielsko-Biała Voivodeship (1975–1998). It is located in the north-eastern part of the historical region of Cieszyn Silesia and is the smallest town of Cieszyn Silesia and one of the smallest in Poland.

Vendryně is a village in Frýdek-Místek District, Moravian-Silesian Region, Czech Republic, on the banks of the Olza River. It has a population of 3,842 (2001 census), 35.3% of the population are Poles. The village lies in the historical region of Cieszyn Silesia. The village is first mentioned in a written document in 1305. In the 19th century an iron ore was mined in the village for the iron works in Ustroń and later the Třinec Iron and Steel Works in Třinec. Limestone was mined until 1965.

The village was first mentioned in a written document in 1430 as Nidek.

Kojkovice

It was a separate municipality but became administratively a part of Třinec (Trzyniec) in 1960. It lies in the historical region of Cieszyn Silesia and has a population of 287 (1 January 2008). It is a young village, compared to other villages of Cieszyn Silesia, it was founded in 1776. After the division of Cieszyn Silesia in 1920, the village became part of Czechoslovakia as Kojkovice.

Until the 1920 division of Cieszyn Silesia between Poland and Czechoslovakia it was a part of the village of Leszna Górna, which now lies in Poland.

Its name originates from old Moravian language "sim oradz", meaning to till a land.

Krasna is a district of Cieszyn, Silesian Voivodeship, Poland. It was a separate municipality, but became administratively a part of Cieszyn in 1973. It was first mentioned in a written document in 1284 as Pulcra villa. Since 1290 it belonged to the then formed Duchy of Teschen. In 1610 it was given by Adam Wenceslaus to reestablished Dominican Abbey in Cieszyn as a recompense for their lost gardens. At the beginning of 20th century two cemetery chapels were built: a Catholic and a Lutheran.
