The Last Supper (Leonardo da Vinci)
The Last Supper (Italian: Il Cenacolo or L'Ultima Cena) is a late 15th century mural painting by Leonardo da Vinci in the refectory of the Convent of Santa Maria della Grazie, Milan. The work is presumed to have been commenced around 1495 and was commissioned as part of a scheme of renovations to the church and its convent buildings by Leonardo's patron Ludovico Sforza, Duke of Milan.

The Transpadane Republic was a revolutionary, provisional and internationally unrecognized government established in Milan by General Napoleon Bonaparte. Napoleon set up a temporary authority, the General Administration of Lombardy, which replaced the Austrian officials and created a French client republic in Northern Italy, adopting the French Republican Calendar.
Velodromo Vigorelli
Velodromo Vigorelli is a velodrome in Milan, Italy. It is currently used mostly for American football events. The stadium holds 9,000 people and was built in 1935 by Vigorelli Cycles. It was burned down during the second world war after bombing of Milan by the RAF but then rebuilt. The stadium was home to the hour record from 1935 to 1967 and the one-hour tandem record of Ernest Mills and Bill Paul from 1937 to 2000.

The Milanese Chinatown was originally established in the 1920s by immigrants from Wencheng County, in the Zhejiang province, and used to operate small textile and leather workshops. The street is situated in the 8th district and is an important commercial avenue.

Porta Sempione is a city gate of Milan, Italy. The name "Porta Sempione" is used both to refer to the gate proper and to the surrounding district, a part of the Zone 1 division (the historic city centre), including the major avenue of Corso Sempione. The gate is marked by a landmark triumphal arch called Arco della Pace ("Arch of Peace"), dating back to the 19th century, but its origins can be traced back to a gate of the Roman walls of Milan.

San Siro (district)
San Siro is a vast district of Milan, Italy, part of the Zone 7 administrative division of the city. It is located about 5 km north-west of the city centre; it borders on the district of Lampugnano, QT8, FieraMilano, and Trenno. Until the 19th century, San Siro was a small settlement, on the banks of the Olona river; its center was in the surroundings of what is now Piazzale Lotto. The area has been radically transformed in the 20th century.
Ghisolfa
Ghisolfa is a district of Milan, Italy, part of the Zone 8 administrative division of the city, located north-west of the city centre. It is named after the "Ghisolfa Bridge" ("Ponte della Ghisolfa") overpass, part of the external Circonvallazione ring road enclosing the centre of Milan. In turn, the bridge was named after two cascine (farm houses), "Cascina Ghisolfa" and "Cascina Ghisolfetta", that existed in the area before the urbanization of the mid 20th century.
QT8
QT8 is a district of Milan, Italy, part of the Zone 8 administrative division of the city. The name formally stands for Quartiere Triennale 8, although the district is also simply referred to as Quartiere 8. QT8 developed from an experimental urbanization project that was conceived during the 8th edition of the Triennale di Milano design exhibition that was held in 1947, at the beginning of the reconstruction of Milan after World War II.
Parco Sempione
Parco Sempione ("Simplon Park") is a large city park in Milan, Italy. Established in 1888, it has an overall area of 386,000 m², and it is located in the historic centre of the city, inside the Zone 1 administrative division. It owes its name to Corso Sempione, a major thoroughfare of Milan, dating back to the Napoleonic Empire. The park is adjacent to the gardens of the Sforza Castle and to the Arch of Peace, two of the prominent landmarks of Milan.
Torre Branca
Torre Branca ("Branca Tower") is an iron panoramic tower located in Parco Sempione, the main city park of Milan, Italy. It is 108.6 m high, which makes it the fourth highest structure in Milan after Palazzo Lombardia (161 m), the Pirelli Tower (127.1 m) and the Breda Tower (116 m). The top of the tower is a popular panoramic point; on a clear day, the view may encompass the Milan cityline as well as the Alps, the Apennines, and part of the Po Valley.
Alfa Romeo Portello Plant
The Alfa Romeo Portello Plant in Portello Milan, Italy was the first factory of Alfa Romeo, and the main factory between 1908 and the 1960s. The factory was closed in 1986, buth all major production was transferred already 20 years earlier to the Alfa Romeo Arese Plant. The history of the factory is mainly linked to the automobile manufacturing, but there were also manufactured other things in the same area.

Pagano is a station on Line 1 of Milan Metro in Milan, Italy. The underground station was opened in 1964 and is located on Via Mario Pagano, which is named after Mario Pagano. The line branches from here; either towards Bisceglie or Rho Fiera.
Messina tram depot
The Messina tram depot is the largest tram depot in Milan, Italy, and one of the largest in the world. It is located at street number 14 of Via Messina, close to the Monumentale cemetery. The building of the depot, which dates back to 1912, is a prominent example of early 20th century Milanese industrial architecture, and one of the most important examples of cast-iron architecture in Italy. The depot is still in use by Azienda Trasporti Milanesi (ATM) public transport company.
San Vittore al Corpo (Milan)
The church and monastery of San Vittore al Corpo were an ancient monastery of the Olivetan order built in the early 16th century. The site once had a 4th century basilica and mausoleum that once held the burials of the emperors Gratian and Valentinian III. The basilica was enlarged in the 8th century to house the relics of the saints Vittore and Satiro. A Benedictine monastery soon was attached to the church.
