Nichols is a village located in the Town of Nichols in Tioga County, New York, USA. The population was 512 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Binghamton Metropolitan Statistical Area. The name is that of a local benefactor, Colonel Nichols. The Village of Nichols is on the north border of the town and is in the Southern Tier District of New York.
