Sunnybrow is a village in County Durham, in England. It is effectively the southern suburb of Willington. It has a primary school and a car show room as well as a cemetery which was created in 1889 along with a now demolished church as part of the Sunnybrow St. John Parish. In 2008, its only post office was closed. Sunnybrow is also home to the Spectrum Leisure Complex (opened in 1985 by Lord Roxborough who was eight at the time) which featured the only dry ski slope in the area.

Sinking started in 1855 but definite opening and closing dates are unknown. No disasters of 5 or more people killed were ever recorded but 43 people in total are known to have been killed working at the pit.

Crook and Willington was an urban district in County Durham, England from 1937 to 1974. It was created by a merger of the previous Crook and Willington urban districts, along with part of the disbanded Auckland Rural District. It later formed part of the Wear Valley district. Today the population of this area is approximately 21,500. The area Includes Crook, Willington, Sunnybrow, Helmington Row, Billy Row and Roddymoor
