Middlesex County College is a community college with its main campus located in Edison, New Jersey, United States. The two-year college serves the needs of Middlesex County, as well as surrounding communities. There are two urban campuses located in New Brunswick and Perth Amboy. Middlesex County College is accredited by the Commission on Higher Education of the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools. Basilone Bridge
The Basilone Bridge is a bridge on the New Jersey Turnpike in the U.S. state of New Jersey spanning the Raritan River. The bridge connects Edison Township on the north with New Brunswick on the south. The bridge, which opened along with the Turnpike in 1951 is named for John Basilone, a World War II recipient of the Medal of Honor who grew up in nearby Raritan, New Jersey.
MV Mary Murray
The MV Mary Murray is a former Staten Island Ferry vessel. It was made surplus and sold to George Searle in the 1970s. Shortly after purchasing the Mary Murray, Mr. Searle had the vessel towed to his marina along the Raritan River, where it hasn't moved since. It has become something of a local landmark for motorists on the New Jersey Turnpike.
Kin-Buc Landfill
The Kin-Buc Landfill is a 220-acre Superfund site located in Edison, New Jersey where 70 million US gallons of liquid toxic waste and 1 million tons of solid waste were dumped. It was active from the late 1940s to 1976. Cleanup operations have been underway to address environmental issues with contamination from 1980s through to 2000s. This site was one of the largest superfund sites in New Jersey having taken in around 90 million US gallons .

The Rabbi Jacob Joseph School is an Orthodox Jewish day school located in Staten Island, New York that serves students from nursery through twelfth grade. The school was founded in 1903 and named in honor of Rabbi Jacob Joseph, chief rabbi of New York City's Association of American Orthodox Hebrew Congregations. After Joseph's death, his son Raphael and Samuel I. Andron obtained a charter from the New York Board of Regents in 1903 to establish a school in his name.
