Old Bethpage is a hamlet located on Long Island in the Town of Oyster Bay, Nassau County, New York, USA. The population of the CDP was 5,523 at the 2010 census. It is served by the Old Bethpage Post Office, ZIP code 11804. Old Bethpage and its neighboring hamlet, Plainview, share a school system, library, fire department and water district. Law enforcement for the community is provided by the Nassau County Police Department's Eighth Precinct.

Central Branch (Long Island Rail Road)
The Central Branch is a rail line owned and operated by the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) in the U.S. state of New York, extending from {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:40.734|-73.470||||||| | |name= }} just east of Bethpage to {{#invoke:Coordinates|coord}}{{#coordinates:40.696|-73.341||||||| | |name= }} just west of Babylon. It was built in 1873 as part of the Babylon Extension of the Central Railroad of Long Island (CRRLI), which was owned by Alexander Turney Stewart.
Bethpage (LIRR station)
Bethpage Station is a station along the Main Line of the Long Island Rail Road. It is located at Stewart Avenue and Jackson Avenue, in Bethpage, New York, and serves Ronkonkoma Branch trains. Trains that travel along the Central Branch also use these tracks, but none stop here. Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) tracks were completed on the present line in 1841.
2002 U.S. Open (golf)
The 2002 United States Open Championship was the 102nd U.S. Open, held between June 13 and June 16 at the Black Course of Bethpage State Park in Farmingdale, New York, east of New York City on Long Island. Tiger Woods was the champion at 277 (–3), three shots ahead of runner-up Phil Mickelson. It was Woods' second U.S. Open victory and eighth major championship win of his career.
2009 U.S. Open (golf)
The 2009 United States Open Championship was the 109th U.S. Open, and was played June 18-22 on the Black Course of Bethpage State Park on Long Island, New York. It was won by Lucas Glover with a 4 under par score of 276. This was the second U.S. Open to be played at Bethpage Black; the first was won by Tiger Woods in 2002. The 2009 edition was hit heavily by continuous rain throughout the tournament. This resulted in multiple suspensions of play.
Old Bethpage Village Restoration
The Old Bethpage Village Restoration is a 209-acre recreated living museum village in Old Bethpage, New York. The village opened in 1970 with dozens of historic structures that had been saved from demolition by Nassau County. Costumed actors provide demonstrations of 19th century life. Major funding cuts by the county in the early 1990s led to reduced availability and increasing deterioration. It is the site of the annual Long Island Fair.
Bethpage Black Course
The Bethpage Black Course is a public golf course on Long Island, New York, the most difficult of the five courses at Bethpage State Park. In 2002, the Black Course became the first publicly owned and operated course to host the U.S. Open, which returned in 2009. Bethpage Black hosted The Barclays, the event of the FedEx Cup Playoffs in late August, in 2012 and is scheduled to host again in 2016. Bethpage Black opened in 1936, designed by noted golf architect A.W.
