Reutlingen (district)
Reutlingen, nicknamed "Das Tor zur Schwäbischen-Alb", is a district (Kreis) in the middle of Baden-Württemberg, Germany. The former free imperial city (until 1802) reached the limit of 100,000 residents in 1989. It is the ninth biggest city of Baden-Württemberg. The neighboring districts are (from north clockwise) Esslingen, Göppingen, Alb-Donau, Ostalbkreis, Biberach, Sigmaringen, Zollernalbkreis and Tübingen.
Reutlingen University
Reutlingen University (in German Hochschule Reutlingen; formerly FHTW Reutlingen) is a university of applied sciences in Reutlingen in the southern German state of Baden-Württemberg. Enrollment stands at about 4,000 students, a quarter of whom are international and exchange students. Reutlingen University's campus sits on the southwestern edge of Reutlingen, close to recreation and sport areas (including the city soccer stadium).

Pfrondorf
Pfrondorf is part of the city of Tübingen and the district of Tübingen within the state of Baden-Württemberg in Germany. It located just at the north-western edge of the city, about 6 km from the city centre. It lies at the edge of the Schönbuch natural park on a hill. The village has a magnificent view over the nearby mountains of the Schwäbische Alb, the Hohenzollern Castle. Pfrondorf lies 424m above sea level. It has 3,300 inhabitants (2005 est.).

The Max Planck Institute for Biology was located in Tübingen, Germany. It was created as the Kaiser Wilhelm Institute for Biology in Berlin in 1912, and moved to Tübingen 1943. It was one of 80 institutes in the Max Planck Society (Max Planck Gesellschaft) and was closed in 2005.
St. Mary's Church, Reutlingen
St. Mary's Church is a church in Reutlingen, Germany. It was built from 1247–1343 and is one of the most distinct Gothic buildings in Swabia. Between the 1520s and 1540s the church was a center of the Swabian reformer Matthäus Alber, who spread the teachings of Martin Luther to Reutlingen and surrounding areas. The church was heavily damaged during a fire in 1726. From 1893-1901 it was rebuilt in Neo-Gothic style. On the 71-meter high west tower shines a gilded angel from 1343.
Echaz
The Echaz is a small river in Baden-Württemberg, Germany, a tributary of the Neckar. It has its source on the Swabian Alb, near Lichtenstein, south of Reutlingen. After flowing through Pfullingen, Reutlingen and Wannweil, it discharges into the Neckar near Kirchentellinsfurt, which lies halfway between Reutlingen and Tübingen.
Tübingen University Faculty of Modern Languages
The Faculty of Modern Languages is one of fourteen faculties at the University of Tübingen. It is the largest faculty of the university with about 8,000 students. It is located in the Neuphilologikum in the Wilhelmstraße area of the town. Most staff and students refer to both faculty and building by the building's unofficial name, Brechtbau, named after the German author and playwright Bertolt Brecht.
Achalm Castle
Achalm Castle is a ruined castle located above the towns of Reutlingen and Pfullingen in Baden-Württemberg, Germany. Situated on the top of a hill at the edge of the Swabian Alb the ruins of the 11th Century castle are topped by a look-out tower from 1838.
Alter Botanischer Garten Tübingen
The Alter Botanischer Garten Tübingen is the former botanical garden of the University of Tübingen, now a municipal park. It is located at Am Stadtgraben 9, Tübingen, Baden-Württemberg, Germany, and open daily without charge. The garden traces back to 1535 when medicinal plants were first grown by Leonhart Fuchs (1501-1566) beside the Nonnenhaus (House of the Nuns), which still exists.

The lane was built in 1727 during the reconstruction efforts after the area was completely destroyed in the massive city-wide fire of 1726 and is officially listed in the Land-Registry Office as City Street Number 77.
