Tallman Mountain State Park
Tallman Mountain State Park is a New York State Park located in the Town of Orangetown in Rockland County, New York, adjacent to the Hudson River. It is located just south of Piermont and includes part of Piermont Marsh, which is included in the Hudson River National Estuarine Research Reserve. It is part of the Palisades Interstate Park System. The park covers 687 acres and has five miles of hiking trails including a section of the Long Path and the Tallman Mountain Bike Path.

It is almost entirely residential with the exception of a small industrial area section on the Tappan border.

Rockland Country Club is located in Sparkill, New York and features and 18 holes golf course. The club was incorporated in 1906 and commissioned Henry Stark to design a 9 hole course that was ready the following year. Robert White laid out an entirely new golf course that opened in 1930, expanding the layout to 18 holes.

Piermont (Erie Railroad station)
Piermont Railroad Station is a historic train station located at Piermont in Rockland County, New York. It was built about 1873 by the Northern Railroad of New Jersey, later acquired by the Erie Railroad. It is a 1⁄2-story, light frame building above a stone foundation. It features Stick Style exterior siding and a Late Victorian interior. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2008.
