Stark County, Ohio
Stark County is a county located in the U.S. state of Ohio. According to the 2010 census, it has a population of 375,586, which is a decrease of 0.7% from 378,098 in 2000. It is included in the Canton-Massillon, Ohio Metropolitan Statistical Area. It is named for John Stark, an officer in the American Revolutionary War. Its county seat is Canton.
Timken High School
Timken High School is a high school in Canton, Ohio. It came to national attention in September 2005, when it was revealed that 65 of the school's students were pregnant. Timken High School is home to the "Canton Timken Trojans". Timken's campus stretches a total of nine square blocks and features a brand new Commons building for students. Thurman Munson Memorial Stadium
Thurman Munson Memorial Stadium is a stadium in Canton, Ohio primarily used for baseball. The facility is named after former Major League Baseball player Thurman Munson, who grew up in Canton. The ballpark has a capacity of 5,700 people (as of 1996) and opened in 1989. It is the former home of the Canton-Akron Indians, the Double-A minor league affiliate of the Cleveland Indians, which played at the ballpark from 1989 to 1996.

Nimishillen Creek is a tributary of Sandy Creek, 24.5 miles (39.4 km) long, in northeastern Ohio in the United States. Via Sandy Creek and the Tuscarawas, Muskingum and Ohio Rivers, it is part of the watershed of the Mississippi River, draining an area of 187 square miles (484 km²), including the city of Canton. Nimishillen Creek flows on both glaciated (in the north) and unglaciated (in the south) portions of the Allegheny Plateau, in Stark and Tuscarawas Counties.

Mahaffey Park
Mahaffey Park was a baseball and football field in Canton, Ohio. It was the home of the professional football team called the Canton Bulldogs, which operated off and on during the first quarter of the 20th Century. It was also used for baseball from time to time, including as a semi-neutral site by the Cleveland Indians during 1902 and 1903. The field was located at what is now the corner of Tuscarawas Street West (to the south) and McKinley Avenue Northwest (to the east).
