Třinec
Třinec is a town in Frýdek-Místek District, Moravian-Silesian Region of the Czech Republic. It lies on the Olza River, in the historical region of Cieszyn Silesia. The town has 37,405 inhabitants as of 2009, in 2001 17.7% of the population were Poles. The town is notable for its steel plant, the Třinec Iron and Steel Works, largest one in the Czech Republic, which still has a major impact on the town, on its character, demographics and air pollution.
Lyžbice
Lyžbice is a part of the town of Třinec in Frýdek-Místek District, Moravian-Silesian Region, Czech Republic, on the Olza River. It was a separate municipality but later became administratively a part of the town of Třinec. It lies in the historical region of Cieszyn Silesia and has a population of 17,239 (1 January 2008). Until the rapid expansion of Třinec in the 20th century, it was a larger and more populous village than Třinec.
Kojkovice
is a village in Frýdek-Místek District, Moravian-Silesian Region, Czech Republic, on the border with Poland. It was a separate municipality but became administratively a part of Třinec (Trzyniec) in 1960. It lies in the historical region of Cieszyn Silesia and has a population of 287 (1 January 2008). It is a young village, compared to other villages of Cieszyn Silesia, it was founded in 1776. After the division of Cieszyn Silesia in 1920, the village became part of Czechoslovakia as Kojkovice.

Horní Líštná is a village in Frýdek-Místek District, Moravian-Silesian Region, Czech Republic. It was a separate municipality but became administratively a part of Třinec in 1960. It lies on the border with Poland, in the historical region of Cieszyn Silesia and has a population of 311 (1 January 2008). Until the 1920 division of Cieszyn Silesia between Poland and Czechoslovakia it was a part of the village of Leszna Górna, which now lies in Poland.

Lesní stadion
Lesní stadion is a sports stadium located in the town of Třinec, Czech Republic. It now serves as a training ground for the local Athletics team after a long time of being the home ground of the FK Fotbal Třinec football club. It has recently undergone a renovation. In 2007 the Championship of the Czech Republic in Athletics took place here.
