Cedar Point
Cedar Point is a 364-acre amusement park located on a Lake Erie peninsula in Sandusky, Ohio, United States. Opened in 1870, it is the second-oldest operating amusement park in the United States behind Lake Compounce. It is the flagship park of Cedar Fair Entertainment Company, who owns and operates the park. Known as "America's Roller Coast", Cedar Point features a world-record 72 rides, including 15 roller coasters making it the park with the third-most roller coasters in the world.
Millennium Force
Millennium Force is a steel roller coaster built by Intamin at Cedar Point amusement park in Sandusky, Ohio, United States. It was the fourteenth roller coaster to be built at the park since the Blue Streak in 1964, and was the biggest investment in the park's history at $25 million. After its completion in 2000, Millennium broke or helped to break ten world records. It was also the first Giga Coaster, any complete circuit roller coaster that exceeds 300 feet in height, in the world.
Raptor (Cedar Point)
Raptor is a steel inverted roller coaster built by Bolliger & Mabillard at Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio, United States. When built in 1994, it broke many records and held many firsts when it opened. Instead of having a short layout designed to fit into a compact area like Batman: The Ride, Raptor was designed with a larger, 3,790-foot layout making it the tallest, fastest and longest inverted roller coaster in the world when it opened.

According to park officials, the roller coaster has given over 54 million rides since its construction in 1964 as of 2007. Blue streak is also one of the two wooden roller coasters at Cedar Point, the other being Mean Streak.
Disaster Transport
Disaster Transport (formerly Avalanche Run) was an enclosed steel bobsled roller coaster built by Intamin at Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio, United States. It was notable as being the only indoor roller coaster at Cedar Point and the only bobsled roller coaster in the midwest at its debut. The name of the ride stems from "Dispatch Master Transport". The origin of the name could still be seen in the ride's logo in its later years.

It is the only high school in the Sandusky City School District, and one of two high schools in the city of Sandusky; the other high school is St Mary Central Catholic High School. SHS was one of the first high schools established in the state of Ohio, with the first building commissioned in 1845. The first class - just four students - graduated in 1855.
WildCat (Cedar Point)
WildCat was a steel roller coaster located at Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio that closed at the end of the 2011 season. It was an Schwarzkopf Wildcat model where small cars (each holding four passengers) take many tight turns and small hills that produce negative g-forces as well as strong lateral forces. Riders must be at least 48" tall and be able to climb down vertical ladders in the case of an emergency evacuation. Riders were secured by a seatbelt and lapbar.

Sandusky Speedway
Sandusky Speedway is a half-mile automobile race track located south of the city of Sandusky in Perkins Township, Ohio. The track features low banking in the turns and long straightaways. It has a layout similar to Martinsville Speedway. Plans for a half-mile dirt track in Sandusky were first drawn up in 1948 by Tommy Warren. In 1950 the Lake Erie Stock Coupe Racing Association (LESCRA) purchased the land and the first race was held on May 14 of that year.
Bloomingville, Ohio
Bloomingville is an unincorporated community in northern Oxford Township, Erie County, Ohio, United States. It is part of the Sandusky Metropolitan Statistical Area. Bloomingville is located at the intersection of Mason Road and Patten Tract Road. The Oxford Grange Hall located where Taylor Road forks off from Mason was the center of community life for many years. The Bloomingville Cemetery is located behind the Grange Hall and runs from Mason through to Taylor Road.

Hinde & Dauch Paper Company
The Hinde & Dauch Paper Company was an international paper-making company that was based in Sandusky, Ohio, United States. The firm was founded as Sandusky Paper Company by W. J. Bonn in 1880. Two developers of a hay-baling process, James J. Hinde and Jacob J. Dauch, later purchased the company. It was ultimately acquired by the West Virginia Pulp and Paper Company.

Luminosity — Ignite the Night!
Luminosity — Ignite the Night!, often shortened to Luminosity or previously called Luminosity, Powered by Pepsi, is a nighttime show performed nightly at Cedar Point amusement park in Sandusky, Ohio. It replaced American Portrait. The show opened for previews on June 1, 2012 and held its grand-opening one week later. It ran nightly at 9:15 until August 19. In 2013, the show will run every night except Tuesdays from May 31 - August 18. The show is free with admission to the park.
GateKeeper (roller coaster)
GateKeeper is a steel roller coaster under construction at Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio, United States. Designed and built by Bolliger & Mabillard (B&M), it will become the fifth Wing Coaster model in the world and is scheduled to open on May 11, 2013. GateKeeper will feature the highest inversion in the world with its 170-foot Wing Over drop. It will also break several records among Wing Coasters including track length, drop height and most inversions.
Space Spiral
Space Spiral was a gyro tower built by Von Roll at Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio. It was located near the front of the park, next to Disaster Transport. It opened in 1965 and closed on August 14, 2012 to make room for GateKeeper. It was imploded on September 12, 2012.
