City of Moreland
The City of Moreland is a local government area in metropolitan Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. It comprises the inner northern suburbs between 4 and 10 kilometres from the Melbourne city centre. It was created in 1994 during the forced amalgamations of local governments by the Kennett Government, being created from the former local government areas of the City of Brunswick, the City of Coburg and the southern part of the City of Broadmeadows.

Coburg North is a suburb of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 10 km north from Melbourne's central business district. Its Local Government Area is the City of Moreland. At the 2011 Census, Coburg North had a population of 6,576. As its name suggests, the suburb lies north of Coburg, and shares the same postcode (3058). The majority of Coburg North is zoned residential, though there are some industrial pockets. The major commercial strip on Sydney Road is primarily automotive-related businesses.
HM Prison Pentridge
HM Prison Pentridge was an Australian prison built in 1850 in Coburg, Victoria. The first prisoners arrived in 1851. The prison officially closed on 1 May 1997. Pentridge was often known by the nickname "The Bluestone College", "Coburg College" or the "College of Knowledge". The grounds were originally landscaped by renowned landscape gardener Hugh Linaker. Since decommissioning, the prison has been partly demolished to make way for a housing development.
CERES Community Environment Park
The CERES Community Environment Park, or Centre for Education and Research in Environmental Strategies, is an award-winning 10-acre urban environmental centre located in urban Brunswick East, Victoria, Australia. CERES is pronounced series, and the name may be partially derived from Ceres the goddess of agriculture in Roman mythology. CERES received the 1996 Banksia Environmental Award for Education and Training, and has also received many other awards.

At the 2011 Census, Brunswick West had a population of 13,148. Brunswick West adjoins Parkville to the south, Moonee Ponds at the Moonee Ponds Creek to the west, Pascoe Vale South and Coburg along Moreland Road to the north, and Brunswick along Grantham, Pearson and Shamrock Streets to the east.
Division of Wills
The Division of Wills is an Australian electoral division of Victoria. It is currently held by the Australian Labor Party's Kelvin Thomson. The electorate encompasses many of the suburbs in the City of Moreland in Melbourne's north, including Brunswick, Coburg, Pascoe Vale, Fawkner, Glenroy and Essendon Airport. It was named after William John Wills of Burke and Wills fame. Wills has historically been one of the safest Labor seats in the country.
Sydney Road Community School
The Sydney Road Community School is a small government school located in Sydney Road in the Melbourne suburb of Brunswick. It has approximately 100 students from Year 7 to Year 12. Established in 1972 at the height of the alternative education movement, the school has no fees, no uniform and no examinations until Year 12. The school prides itself on being able to achieve success with students who may have struggled in the mainstream school system.
Northcote High School
Northcote High School is a co-educational, state high school in Northcote, Victoria, Australia. It is situated at the southern end of the City of Darebin, on St Georges Road. Teaching from Year 7 through 12, the school has a population of around 1,550 students. Northcote has a large music and science program, and has been recognised as a significant leader in the use of learning technologies in the classroom.
Coburg City Oval
Coburg City Oval is an Australian rules football/cricket stadium located in Coburg, Australia. It is home to the Coburg Tigers Football Club and the Coburg Cricket Club (est.1856) and served as the home ground for the North Melbourne Football Club in the 1965 VFL season only. The oval is fenced off to the citizens of Moreland. The current capacity of the venue is 15,000. The ground record crowd was set on 26 June 1965 when 21,695 fans saw Collingwood defeat North Melbourne.
City of Brunswick
The City of Brunswick was a local government area in the inner-northern suburbs of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. It comprised the suburbs of Brunswick, Brunswick East and West Brunswick. It ceased to exist in 1993 when its Council was disbanded by the Kennett Government and replaced with appointed commissioners who oversaw its amalgamation with the City of Coburg and part of the City of Broadmeadows to create the City of Moreland.

Antonine College was formed in 2005 by the amalgamation of the Antonine Sisters Maronite Primary School, established in 1998, and the Antonine Sisters Trinity Maronite Catholic College established in 2002 which originally catered for students from Prep to Year 10. VCE classes were established by 2007. It is the only Maronite Catholic co-educational P-12 school in Victoria.
