Queanbeyan
Queanbeyan /ˈkwiːnbiən/ is a regional centre in the Southern Tablelands in south-eastern New South Wales adjacent to the Australian Capital Territory. The city's mixed economy is based on light construction, high technology, manufacturing, service, retail and agriculture. It is the council seat of the Queanbeyan City Council. In 2006, Queanbeyan had a population of 34,084 people.

Oaks Estate is an urban village situated immediately on the northern side of the NSW-ACT border abutting the township of Queanbeyan in south-eastern New South Wales, Australia. The estate covers an area of approximately 40 hectares and is bound by the Molonglo River to the north, 'The Oaks' to the east and the Queanbeyan-Cooma railway to the south. The village is located 12 kilometres from the centre of Canberra.
St Gregory's Primary School, Queanbeyan
St Gregory's Primary School is a Catholic school in Queanbeyan, New South Wales, Australia. Catering for several hundred students, it is the only Catholic school in Queanbeyan. It also draws students from Jerrabomberra. Its current Headmaster is Clare Frazer and its motto is "Seek Truth, Be Faithful". It has two campuses: Lowe St, catering for students in years K-2 and McQuoid St, catering for students in years K-6.
Seiffert Oval
Seiffert Oval is a rugby league ground in Queanbeyan, New South Wales that served as the base of the Canberra Raiders for the first seven years of its existence (1982-1989). The ground hosted an 'international' rugby league match in 1988 when an Australian Prime Minister's XIII took on the touring Great Britain Lions, and an ACTRU v British and Irish Lions rugby union match in 1989. It is now used to host games of the Queanbeyan Blues Rugby League club.

Karabar is a suburb of Queanbeyan, New South Wales. It is at the southern part of the developed area of Queanbeyan—-bordering the suburbs of Queanbeyan East, Jerrabomberra, Googong and Queanbeyan. The eastern border of the suburb is defined by the Queanbeyan River. As well as a shopping centre it contains netball courts, several ovals and a public high and primary schools. It is dominated by Mount Jerrabomberra, which overlooks the suburb.

Queanbeyan is a railway station located on the border of Queanbeyan, New South Wales and Oaks Estate, Australian Capital Territory, Australia on CountryLink's Canberra Line. The station has a single platform capable of accommodating approximately 6 Xplorer cars. As the railway line is the border between the ACT and NSW, the station is in New South Wales, while the land opposite the railway line is in the ACT. The main station building was completed in March 1887.
