The Preston & Northcote Community Hospital (often referred to as PANCH) was a former hospital located in Preston, Victoria, Australia, opened in 1958 and relocated to the Northern Hospital in Epping in February 1998. PANCH was located on the corner of Bell and Hotham Streets. The site was sold off in April 1999, and part of the 30,000 square metre site is now occupied by The Bell Centre (student accommodation).

Preston Workshops
The Preston Tram Workshops were erected by the Melbourne & Metropolitan Tramways Board in 1924-6, to provide manufacturing and maintenance facilities for Melbourne's trams in conjunction with the introduction and production of the W-class tram. The earlier tram maintenance workshops were located on the corner of Holden Street and St. Georges Road, Fitzroy, where today only a tramways substation remains, following demolition and sale in 1937.
Northcote Koori Mural
The Northcote Koori Mural is located in St Georges Road Thornbury, Victoria in the City of Darebin. It was designed by former Northcote High School art teacher Megan Evans in collaboration with members of the Thornbury-based Aborigines Advancement League, which owns the mural.
