Zakopane
Zakopane, is a town in southern Poland. It lies in the southern part of the Podhale region at the foot of the Tatra Mountains. From 1975 to 1998 it was in Nowy Sącz Province, but since 1999 it has been in Lesser Poland Province. It had a population of about 28,000 as of 2004. Zakopane is a center of Góral culture and is known informally as "the winter capital of Poland". It is a popular destination for mountaineering, skiing, and tourism.
Kasprowy Wierch
Kasprowy Wierch or Kasprov vrch is a mountain in the Western Tatras. From 1910 onwards Kasprowy Wierch became very popular among ski tourists so much so an aerial tramway or téléphérique, reaching almost to the summit, was built between 1935-1936 as such it is one of the oldest in Europe. As part of its modernization, the cabin aerial ropeway was closed for a period until December 2007. In 1938 meteorological and astronomical observatories were built here.
Giewont
Giewont (pronounced Gyeh-vont) is a mountain massif in the Tatra Mountains of Poland, and is 1,895 metres AMSL at its highest. It comprises three peaks (all m/metres in AMSL): Small Giewont - (Polish Mały Giewont, 1,728 m) Great Giewont - (Wielki Giewont, 1,895 m) Long Giewont - (Długi Giewont, 1,867 m). There is a mountain pass located between Great and Long Giewont, known as Szczerba (1,823 m). It is located between the valleys (doliny) of Kondratowa, Małej Łąki and Strążyska.

Wielka Krokiew
Wielka Krokiew (The Great Krokiew, in Polish krokiew means rafter) is a ski jumping venue in Zakopane, Poland. It is a regular venue in the FIS Ski jumping World Cup. The hill was featured in competitions at the 1939 and 1962 FIS Nordic World Ski Championships as well as the 2001 Universiade. In 1997, Pope John Paul II, while visiting his native country, celebrated a mass at the hill's stadium.

Świnica
Świnica or Svinica is a mountain in the main crest of the High Tatras, on the Polish-Slovak border. The main peak is at 2,301 m AMSL. A marked trail leads through the summit. The Polish name Świnica (derivative form of a pig or swine) was given to this summit in the mid 19th century. It probably refers to the resemblance of the peak to silhouette of a swine. Another, doubtful explanation, is that the summit was difficult to reach.
Villa Atma
The Villa Atma in Zakopane, Poland, is a historic chalet housing the Karol Szymanowski Museum, department of the National Museum in Kraków. It was built in late-19th-century as a guest house in a popular Zakopane Style and expanded in 1926 to include seven rooms. The name 'Atma' (added in the 1920s), is derived form the Sanskrit word for 'soul'. The house was rented by Szymanowski for six years between 1930 and 1936 as his main residence before his death in 1937.

It is the highest of the three Mięguszowiecki Summits and the second-highest mountain in Poland after Rysy (2,499 meters, the highest peak in the Polish Tatras).

Orla Perć
Orla Perć is a tourist path in the Tatra Mountains in southern Poland. It is considered the most difficult and dangerous public path in the entire Tatras and is therefore a suitable destination only for experienced tourists and climbers. The path is marked with red signs. Since it was established, more than one hundred people have lost their lives on the route, the most frequent cause being slips and trips on the snowy surface and the slippery granite.
