E. O. Smith High School, named after Edwin O. Smith, is a secondary school located in Storrs, Connecticut, United States. It serves the towns of Ashford, Mansfield, and Willington, which together make up Connecticut's Regional School District #19. E.O. Smith also serves students from nearby Columbia. Nipmuck Trail
The Nipmuck Trail is a Blue-Blazed hiking trail "system" which meanders through 34.5 miles of forests in northeast Connecticut. It is maintained by the Connecticut Forest and Park Association and is considered one of the Blue-Blazed hiking trails. There are two southern trail heads (two tines of a fork) in the south of the town of Mansfield, Connecticut. The southwestern terminus is on Puddin Lane, the southeastern is in Mansfield Hollow State Park off Bassetts Bridge Road.

Spring Hill Historic District is a historic district in the town of Mansfield, Connecticut, that was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979. It became a Connecticut state historic district in 1972. When listed, the district included 13 contributing buildings and 10 non-contributing buildings. The listing describes and contributes to the preservation of history of Spring Hill.
